Rossi's Pizza (Endicott) — Restaurant in Town of Union

Well where do I start first the pizza was terrible. It's not even Rossi's pizza anymore. I guess they did what other greedy co do from inflation. They changed their ingredients. But worse than that is your customer service should always be a A game. I asked for a cup. I wanted ice water. She walks to some chick and she is staring at me and for a time which was much too long she finally walks back over and holds the cup hostage and announces she wants 2.04 for a cup. NO, no way. Those cups are, and I know, no more than 12 cents. I was going to give her 50 cents even if she didn't ask which she shouldn't have. If you are spending money you should be able to get a cup. I said no and walked away and this little kid at the counter starts to say something mouthy and snotty. Also they place was filthy and still has a huge board covering the window that they broke drunk drove right through it. Classy. Also it won't do any good to do what I have seen you so professionally engage in, some smart mouth attack on customers that review where you have left much to be desired. That act alone is enough for anyone to not come there. You should be ashamed of yourself for the low life way in which you promote yourself. And greed gets no one anywhere fast. I don't even charge my customers tax. And I still do very well and I even do repairs free for life. It doesn't cost anything to be good to those that pay all your bills. Where's your gratitude and respect for your customers? Especially the ones you let down. You tell other customers that they are a joke. You sound like white trash and I have to say you look like it too lady....

I grew up in Johnson City so I grew up eating Rossi’s from JC… Now I’m living in Endicott and I’ve always raved about how much better Endicott Rossis is. However… The last couple of times I’ve gotten food there, it hasn’t been great. Today was the final straw for me. Me, my fiancé & my 2 children just stopped to grab a few slices. At 5:30pm. Dinner time. The choices were VERY slim. There was one plain slice, two pepperoni, and a few chicken bacon ranch. I didn’t get a look because I waited in the car so my Fiancé just grabbed 2 pepperoni, the 1 plain & 1 chicken bacon ranch. He brings it into the car and I go to take a bite and the chicken bacon ranch looked a bit weird? It looked extremely dry, and it was very flakey? So I passed on it and grabbed the plain slice. The plain slice and the pepperoni were both DRY and tasted almost spoiled? Now we are going to grab McDonald’s for dinner because I don’t even want to feed my children the pizza in case it sat out to long. Because it does by the looks of it and taste of it, seem as if it’s been sitting out for a WHILE. I am extremely unhappy and probably will just grab Nirchis...

I made a take out order over the phone,EVERYTHING wasWRONG.it wasn't made,only a cold pizza on the counter.Our 2dz wings were great made up as we waited.But the blond working the cash reg.was very rude,and trying to pick a argument w me,she actually asked me to move go over by the garbage can n wait,customers needed that area.There was no other customers,only a man n his child eating at a near by table.I said to our Grandchild it's gonna be a few more minutes,The blond came over to me and rudly said what did you say to me,And I held myself together and I told her I wasn't talking to her.There sat our wings on the counter,she looked at them rolled her sleeves up for 2nd time,walked away.We waited.Finally I said are those ours?She rudely said I don't know what's urs or what you ordered or what's going on?I paid more then 1/2, 100$.for a cold greasy dripping,pizza over cooked Xtra crispy wings I didn't order and 1 frustrated Grandma that won't be back no time soon.Neither will our friends or family.I should of listened to them..Thank...
