Amazing range of flavours to choose from, vegan options as well as hard and soft icecreams. The custom bench and decor was cute, but I was very upset with the service. They got my order wrong/confused and when I brought it up, they did not offer to fix it and change the icecream to the right flavour, but instead tried to and make up for it by adding toppings. I understand is still a nice offer and wasted icecream is not ideal, but I was there for ice cream and not really the toppings. The icecream was still wasted after anyway as I do not enjoy milk free or vanilla ice cream much. I already had a bad day and wasn’t trying to make someone else’s day worse by making a big deal, causing a line or commotion, etc, so I refused their offer and just took the loss after they tried to tell me that I did not order what I thought. I am not able to get it out of my mind as this was the only thing I was looking forward to. I feel like fixing an ice cream flavour is not that hard, nor that big of a loss, but that is just my opinion. I went out for Icecream to treat myself to something nice after a bad day, and it made my day worse. Don’t think I’ll be coming back here...
Read moreGot what was supposed to be vanilla bourbon and strawberry cheesecake. Vanilla tasted liked banana and when I asked about it, was told that was the vanilla bourbon and turned away. I only had taken a bite or two. It was definitely banana. I wasn't asking for a refund, but I would have taken a different flavor. Strawberry cheesecake was very sour tasting. I don't plan on going back.
UPDATE: I was there a few weeks ago, so flavors may have changed. I would still have loved to try the real vanilla bourbon, but the employee told me I was wrong and turned me away. He didn't attempt to correct the situation. I was only going to ask to have that flavor replaced, but it was obvious he didn't care enough, so I walked away very unsatisfied. I could barely eat it. I think I had a few bites of each flavor and had to throw it out. Maybe a different employee would have handled it better, but he obviously didn't care or want to do...

One thing to note: this establishment only accepts cash. As a British person I only carry British (worthless) currency. Fortunately, there is an automatic teller machine in the building next door.
Once I had real money, I returned to the establishment looking forward to eat fresh wholesome American offerings. Imagine my shock when the clerk informed me, upon my questioning, that most of the food on their menu is frozen! I didn't know at the time that this was an ice-cream restaurant, so I won't hold that against them.
I ordered a scoop of chocolate ice-cream. It was cold.
