What an all-around awful experience. I made a mobile order for drive thru pickup (well before I arrived) and when I got to the speaker, I was told I'd have to leave the drive thru and come inside to pick it up because it wasn't ready yet. I did not understand what the problem was because I was sure I had ordered it for drive thru pickup and there is no way to leave the drive thru lane until you get to the front anyway. The barista on the speaker got very snappy with me, insisting I still need to wait in line, sneak through an opening at the front, and then come inside to pick it up instead. After I explained that I can't mobilize well with my disability, she reluctantly agreed to let me pull up to the window. But when I got there, I was berated again by someone else about how I need to go inside to pick up mobile orders (even if you select drive thru) and that I was holding up the line by coming through. I explained ONCE AGAIN about how I cannot easily go inside due to my disability and that I had never heard of a rule like this before even though I worked as a Starbucks supervisor for years. He said it was a new policy and that, next time, I should just order at the speaker in the drive thru instead of using the app. I explained how the app is actually really accommodating for my disability needs too, so I didn't think that was a reasonable solution, and he only got nastier with me. Literally the only thing holding up the line was them being so confrontational; the order was ready when I got to the window and I was only speaking up for myself because they were treating me so poorly. When I asked for a cup of ice, which it is not possible to order via the app, and which I ask for every time I go without issue, I was told "not in the drive thru!" The person insisted I park and come inside to get the cup of ice. I reiterated yet again that I cannot due to my disability, and he said I'd need to do so or I can't have the ice. I continued to ask for it and he said I could pull to a spot and someone would bring it outside. It took more than 5 minutes for someone to bring the cup of ice, and they did not say a word, even as I thanked them and said "have a great day." This visit was horrible for so many reasons, not least of which that there is a heat wave going on, but especially because of the extreme rudeness and disrespect with regards to my needs. There needs to be some sort of retraining for this entire store and their priorities should be revisited. Drive thru window times cannot come before treating ALL customers including those with disabilities with dignity...
Read moreUpdate: If you have an allergy stay far far away from this location. They're dishonest and half the staff (I suspect the more senior) are unpleasant.
I came in and asked if they were too busy to run a frappuccino pitcher through the sanitizer (I would never asked if they were slammed). The dark haired woman said they weren't but they couldn't guarantee it would be 100% allergen free, and I said I understood. I thought she grabbed the pitcher and went to the back. Maybe she just went to the back.
The scowling man making the drink (giant forearm infinity tattoo) seemed irritated I tried to speak to him. I told him the woman had taken a pitcher back to be sanitized for the soy drink. He acknowledged me but not much more.
Then when he went to make my drink he took a pitcher from the front went to the back for maybe 30 seconds and came back out. I asked if that was the pitcher that had been run through the sanitizer. He said he sanitized it. So I asked the lady who I thought had done it and she said he took it back and sanitized it. I had to specifically ask was it run through the sanitizer, the thing that gets hot, for them to admit they hadn't and she had forgotten.
They're playing semantic games with your health. Avoid at all costs.
I would never trust them to make a drink. I just left.
This was around 3:40 today. Also, the curly haired man who took my order was lovely and when I arrived there was 1 order for pick up and only 4 people, all at one table, in the store.
Fyi I used to work at sbux. The sanitizer is basically like a hot soap less dishwasher.
Old review: It's fine. It's a Starbucks. Not the best one I've ever been to but not the worst.
This location is usually fairly busy and sometimes parking is dumb, BUT when you have a table and want to catch up with someone it's...

I have been using this location for close to six years. I am not a complainer and never leave reveiws for anything. However, the treatment i have received the last few evenings is unprofessional, rude and completely uncalled for.
I placed a few evening mobile orders, which I do about 3 times a day. I live in the uclub and do not have a car majority of the time because me and my fiancé share so I walk over to this location.
On multiple occasions the lobby has been closed and it is drive through only. Which is completely understand being short staffed. But it is so inconsistent and random that you never know. Then they do not shut off mobile orders until right before they lock the lobby doors. So then when you go up to the door they make you go through the drive through. We'll as stated above i do not drive. So when I stand there, I get a rude eye roll and a snotty point to the sign. Ummm well I can't walk through the drive through. It's mainly the blonde girl with the clear/pink plastic framed glasses. She is always rude, snotty and snippy. Seems as though her ego is inflated like a hot air Ballon and someone needs to pop it. If you where to act that way and treat people that was in a professional, corporate customer facing job or Healthcare ect, you would be fired.
But when you put in a mobile order in the morning and go through the drive through, they get mad and tell you you need to come in.
So pick a way to operate, it's confusing and contradicting and poor customer report and experance.
I think if I have another terrible experience I will take my $35 a day habbit over to seven brew where they smile, are always energetic and...
