We Tea — Restaurant in Town of Vestal

I am surprised that this store got so many good reviews about the lady owner is nice. The price is cheap, but the quality of milk tea is mediocre, a lot of time the powder didn’t dissolve and sometimes the boba were not fully cooked. Most importantly, this lady owner has serious attitude problems! I used to go there often back in 2018, because I didn’t know other bubble tea places and the cheap price. There were only two times I asked her a same question about milk tea. NOTICE, I asked her the same questions separately, because I forgot the second time. I asked with a normal tone. Then she said to me:” You already asked that last time!” with a impatient and rude voice…. Then the rest of time while I was waiting for my tea she gave me dirty look and seems to be even more annoyed by me than I annoyed by her !? Why on earth did I deserve that kinda attitude just because I asked the same question twice ????? Also she got annoyed when I look at the menu too long, even tho every time when I was there her place was not busy! I ok with a mediocre quality but not with that attitude, I find a better boba place (Nihao) and barely go there since 2019. Yesterday my friend wanted to get me milk tea because she had a Wetea reward card, and in 2018, I never seen one so I guess this reward card is a new thing. I went there and I saw the cards on the bar and I said,” Oh now they have that!” with a surprise tone. Then here she was, still impatient, rude and acted like I am stupid and said, “We always have that!” WOW, what’s wrong with her ?! She just couldn’t say things nicely ???? I haven’t been there since 2019! How do I supposed to know?! I don’t feel welcomed from her place and I don’t think I done anything wrong. I didn’t write bad reviews back in 2018 because I didn’t bother to do that, but I haven’t been there since yesterday and I didn’t even ask any questions or gave her troubles and she was still the same to me, I have to spill it out! I consistently order from this place because of the fast, super friendly service and the delicious array of flavors!! Unlike the bubble tea at the marketplace on BU campus, I never have to wait 15 minutes (or over 2) for a delicious drink, and it's never watery. The reward system is also great as regular customers can get a free large drink after 9 stamps!!

I wish there was signage on Vestal Pkwy to advertise for this place, it really is a gem and I’m sure there are many passerby with a quench for boba that would love to...

Boba was amazing! I was so surprised at how many options they have. You can get milk or juice based, green or black tea, with DOZENS of flavors and varieties. My lavender milk green tea was fantastic. The owner is so sweet, she gave us such a huge smile when we walked in and she was so courteous. i will totally be coming here again!
