Keuka Creamery — Restaurant in Town of Urbana

Came here with my family and friends on a trip. My husband ordered a kiddie cone for my toddler, and it very quickly started melting. We asked for a dish to put it in so it wouldn’t be so messy and they asked for 25 cents. None of us having change, I went into my car and found something else to use as a dish. In the process, her ice cream melting in my hand faster and faster. There’s now ice cream all over my trunk, diaper bag, hands, clothes. Overall it was a very unenjoyable experience for mediocre ice cream. Not sure what the big deal is when I could have ordered her ice cream in a dish to begin with.

Not to mention, there were bees everywhere here so be careful if you want to sit...

We frequent Keuka Lake every August, and a visit to the Creamery is always on our list of things to do! The ice cream hits the spot, the service is exceptional, and the environment is a great place to share an afternoon with friends and family. We will definitely be back again on this trip and all the lake visits...

Got 2 sundaes and they were just ice cream with a splash of fudge, not enough to taste at all. One sundae should have had peanut butter and didn’t have any. Asked for a normal amount that you could taste, and they declined unless I wanted to pay another $1…..$9 for a large sundae that’s just soft serve ice...
