Rylee's Diner — Restaurant in Town of Victor

We were regulars at Shelly's Cafe and were thrilled to once again give them our business at their new Phoenix Mills location.

We were seated at a table in a room that looked like a school cafeteria and complete with a room full of teenagers.

All we were given was nenus and were told that "it will be awhile, OK?" We waited, waited and waited some more watching every table around us drinking coffee and eating when after 20 minutes we weren't even offered water.

We walked out to get breakfast elsewhere and don't plan to return until when and if they become more organized and study up on proper customer service.

Sorry, Shelly. We were completely ignored by you and your staff and it was a very disappointing experience. If you were hosting a private party for a large group of highschool athletes that took more room or demanded more service than your establishment was able to offer in conjunction with the general public, you should have closed off that day due to a private party. You otherwise wasted the time of all others that entered your restaurant wanting to give you our business.

BTW: You know exactly who we are and you walked past us several times while we were sitting there with nothing but a menu in front of us for over 20 minutes. You obviously came out of your kitchen for...

I ordered the Belgian waffle with strawberries and real maple syrup at 14$ now the price is not the problem,it was what I got for the 14$ Belgium waffle.First there wasn't a Belgian waffle it was a delicious waffle but no different than the kind you would get at a Holiday Inn with a breakfast bar don't get me wrong it wasn't bad but Belgian waffles other than being made with yeast are usually thicker and more fluffy. Strawberries were delicious the maple syrup was delicious and the service was great Adela went to go pay for my bill. I get rung up at the register and it's 18$ and change for a cup of water and a Belgian waffle so I get to looking at my receipt when I get to the car and I noticed on my receipt that I am charged for a $3 cup of coffee so I go back inside and I asked for my refund and she gives me a refund but instead of giving me my $3 back she charged me for tax again on the $18 bill so I got a dollar and change back and at this point I'm starting to think the 3 dollar coffee might not be a accident this was after I left a 4 dollar tip on what should have been a 14 dollar ticket.All I can do is tell ppl what I experienced good or bad and ...

As officers of Victor High School’s Key Club, we couldn’t be more pleased at the detailed and prompt communication, the thoughtfulness in service, the timeliness, and of course the food!

We ordered an Italian-American menu. Everyone absolutely loved the meatballs and the pasta. The chicken French was top notch, and we don’t think we’ve ever had such unbelievably delicious greens and beans in our lives. Our community seniors in attendance raved about the food. Many already know and love Shelly, and were surprised to find out that she caters!
