Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Warwick

So , where do I start? Generally I support local businesses, but how can I when almost everytime I visit, they don't have one of the main products that they promote? Yep u guessed it , donuts! There have been 3 different occasions where I tried to buy a dozen of donuts. One time mid morning, their response, " sorry we are all out" another time 130pm during the weekend, their response, " sorry we are all out for "today". I replied , are you serious? It's only 130pm. They said , yeah well someone bought all the ones we had earlier, sorry." The other time they were all out of the boston creams and they only had 5 plain ones left.my thing is , why have a DD in town if it never has donuts. Are we just making the quota for the day to make payroll and anything after that, oh well? If so , just open up a Krispy Kreme inside cumberland. Hope this helps, stay...

If you want to get your food next year... your at the right place. Absolute mess of a drive through. It always takes me at least 20 min to get through. I just don't understand for a fast food place how you could miss the "fast" part. Sometimes the 'food" part is also missing as they have items that are out. Sitting here in the line 2 people have gotten frustrated and left. That's loss of revenue, they're probably going to Cumberland Farms where you get your coffee for 99 cents and your in and out in less than 60 seconds. America runs on Dunkin? Not in GWL... you might as well pitch a lawn chair and read a book in the parking lot because you won't be running anywhere soon. Bring a pillow and blanket because you'll be waiting a while. This is a terrible Dunkin. I ordered a large hot decaf blueberry with one Splenda no dairy. I had to wait a ridiculously long time to order inside and then received my coffee with dairy in it. I had to wait another five to six minutes for someone to come back to the counter to remake my very simple coffee order. Neither of the men working there apologized for the mix up or the painfully long process of getting the correct order. The associates are rude, there's usually not enough straws or sugar and the bathroom always looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the store opened.
