So for a few years now, my kids unfortunately like a bagel sandwich from here, 1 day out of the weekend. It's becoming unbearable to me at this point. I always have to ask for the receipt, which they don't like to hand over, probably because they know that they are doing it wrong.....or on purpose I think at this point.. I know they are young and probably it's their first job, but 2 bagel sandwiches is not too hard.. HERE we go.. a plain bagel bec not toasted, an everything bagel, bec( no cheese ) not toasted. The end...... Sometimes I'll say it like , an everything bagel not toasted, with just bacon and egg. Just to see if that helps.. it doesn't. Omg, if was just a few times , I wouldn't care at this point. But, I finally get the receipt just now, I tell them and show them that it's completely different than what I ordered, he goes in the back to tell them.. and I get sausage for some reason.. that's just today.. it's either they are just messing with me, or they shouldn't have THIS job, YET!! Read moreI don't frequent this location often, I do however go to dunkin EVERYDAY. Sometimes multiple times a day, & my order never changes.. last night I went in to this location and asked for something I get all the time from multiple locations & never have an issue with only to be told "no we can't do that" kinda snarky I might add.. & I'm in enough Dunkin groups to know that, yes it can be done.. but whatever, I changed my order and got my usual coffee.. already irritated I waited while my friend was getting her mobile order.. we waited.. and waited.. while 5 people just ignored the screen and kept cleaning. I assume after hearing me make a comment, the same snarky women started making her coffee, my friend said something about the amount of ice & the women again "well thats how much were supposed to put in" if every order was made how it's "supposed" to be then there wouldn't be so much inconsistency with how the same coffee is made day after day.. morale of the story is, this particular worker needs a course on customer Service, her skills are lacking . & I think she needs to re-read what she's "supposed" to do, or what she can&cannot do with...
Read moreSo many people were upset this morning when we were there waiting for our order. I personally waited 40 minutes… for a sandwich. I don’t fault them for being busy… that part is beyond their control. The problem was the attitude of the staff. I kindly asked the staff if they could check on my order. The woman said she checked and they were working on it. I waited another ten minutes and I inquired again. The woman refused to check and gave absolute attitude, as if I was the problem for asking. After three tries, it turns out the sandwich maker didn’t have my ticket. All that waiting and BS and it turns out, they lost my ticket. I witnessed the staff berate and argue with other customers who were simply inquiring about the status of their order because they too, were waiting upwards of 30+ minutes. The attitude of the staff is the whole reason why customers got more upset. Clearly this place hires mediocre fast food workers who don’t know how to handle pressure, or learn basic...
