With other locations, when using the app to order, I feel that my food isn't prepared until I check in at the drive-thru. Here, I believe they make the food when you order it. They then re-make it because it's cold by the time I get there. At least, that what it looks like is happening.

I order food from this location because it's on my way home. It takes me 40 minutes to get to this store and another 20 to get home. When I check in and get to the window, it seems like my bag is already by the register, but they scramble to get the items remade.

The solution is to wait until I get closer to place the order. I haven't had this issue at other locations. Other than that, I haven't had issues with receiving incorrect items. The staff...

Google wont let me put less than one star. I get its a new location, so a delay is slightly expected, but 45+ mins for taco bell is unaceptable. They were out of their signature drink (baja blast) they had no steak, they were telling select costomers this info and then the ones who ordered steak and had been waiting 10 mins are then infomed they cant get their full order. They didnt have enough money in the register to make 18.56 in change because they had to give out so many refunds, and were giving cash because they couldnt properly use the credit card refund machine.
