Very bad service. The food was uncooked. Eggs had green spots in them. Meaning expired. The waitress there gives you a very tiny cup of water to share with three people. The bill is never accurate. I always have to fix the bill and then pay it. The food is cold by the time it gets to your table. Once the waitress puts the plate down on your table you never see her again until she brings the bill. Last time my order was wrong. I had to go up after everyone else finished eating at my table and tell her finally that this was wrong. Then everyone had to wait for me to eat so we could leave. The owner is a very nice person but he needs to be more forceful with the staff and how they take care of customers. I don’t think I will ever go back there again. I tried several times and it’s just more worse every time. I’d prefer to spend money elsewhere.

This is a follow up to Rické lens place. The prices have skyrocketed. They need to get rid of Chris. She does not take care of her tables. I waited a half hour for her to come and take my order then walked out. She kept saying she would be right there and never came. She thought fixing the silverware in the napkins for a half hour was more important. So I walked out. Also, avoid Rob G. He does not tend to his tables and when he does the order is wrong. I asked for a coffee and he never brought it to me until he asked if everything is ok at the table when I was done with my food and I told him I had asked for a water and coffee and said oh my gosh I’ll get it now. I told him forget it and that people like beverage when they eat in case they choke. Very bad server. Only two good servers there. They are Kim and Juan. Dear Ricke Len’s Team,

I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience I had at your restaurant on 8/8/2025 around 5:15 PM. I’ve been a regular customer who orders weekly and have never had a reason to complain—until now.

I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Pizza and wings, and upon pickup and payment, I noticed the receipt listed it as a “cheese pizza with buffalo chicken.” When I opened the box, I was surprised to find marinara sauce on the pizza. I’ve never encountered marinara sauce on a Buffalo Chicken Pizza at any other establishment, and this wasn’t communicated during ordering.

I returned inside to explain the issue, noting that my husband has an allergy to marinara sauce, and I hadn’t expected it to be included. I tried to be understanding and simply requested a personal pizza without marinara to avoid waste or inconvenience. However, I was disappointed by the lack of apology or acknowledgment of the situation.

What made matters worse was being charged $20 for a 10” personal pizza, with no discount or adjustment—even though the original 20” pizza was $27. I don’t understand the pricing logic, and I feel this was unfair, especially considering I was trying to resolve the issue calmly and respectfully.

As a loyal customer, I expected better service and consideration. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and consider how situations like this can be handled more thoughtfully in the future. A gesture of goodwill or a credit toward a future order would go a long way in restoring my...

This was the second time I’ve been here and I will never EVER go back. I tried to give it a second chance but alas. I had been starving as I had not eaten all day and even then I had to leave the food there and walk out although I paid. I told them what I thought of the place. The food is beyond terrible. Don’t waste your money on this place. I ordered a gyro and I could tell it was obviously one of those package deals you can buy in the store because the meat was two thin strips smothered in that white zitzy sauce with onions and nothing else. Disgusting and no taste. Clearly fake meat, on old unfresh bread and the tea was cold. When I told waitress tea was cold she took it up with the milk already in the tea and put in the microwave for what seemed like forever. When I got the cup of tea back it was boiling hot and I put milk in and all this grime like grease started to form on the top. I just left it. Couldn’t drink it as it made me nauseous just looking at it.
