China Express — Restaurant in Town of West Seneca

Next door to a planned parenthood. Food is good but service was pretty bad. They have tables, but they tried to kick us out on a Sunday by making our order "to go". There were three of us, but she said "they only had two plates". When I asked for a to go container she said " I will have to charge you for it". I said I would pay, then she gave me a plastic lid for free. Again, the food is good, but they seemed really against the idea that we wanted to eat there. The place was empty and had about 8 tables and even one outside. We will never go to a strange Chinese Place again without a personal recommendation. I am really sad to write this as we usually go to Golden Wok in Amherst and they are never a problem. We saw a couple of to go customers come in. I am surprised this place has such positive reviews. We didn't see it that way for sure. Oh, by the way the table was not clean and they have no bathroom, you have to go to a restaurant further down...

Not sure who answers the phone to take orders, but WOW. Serious attitude. One day I called and requested the mixed vegetable lunch special, and the woman snapped at me and said “You don’t need to say you want the lunch special, I KNOW IT’S A LUNCH SPECIAL! Just tell me what you want!!!”…ok?! Sorry?! The next time I called to order, I stated what I wanted (per her previous request), and she snapped AGAIN, this time with “LUNCH SPECIAL OR REGULAR?!!!” LOL I cannot win with these people. They’re always so rude. Also, if you’re told your takeout order will be ready in “half hour”, heaven for bid you walk in 2 minutes early! Great food, very satisfied with the food i ordered but my husband ordered the bonless spare ribs and they were very tough and chewy. The crab Rangoons hit the spot, yummmm Update: I ordered yesturday and i got just a quart of sesame chicken thats it and got about 7 large pieces of broccoli in the quart container with the chicken.
