Rusty Buffalo Sports Pub & Grill — Restaurant in Town of West Seneca

First time trying this place. I arrived 25 mins after being told a half hour. I was told my wings were almost done and just being charred. A half hour went by and I finally received my food.. I got home and all my wings were completely burnt. I called them and told them they were all burnt. The lady told me “I made them they aren’t burnt they’re charred”. I’ve had charred wings before (I usually enjoy them) but these were BURNT and damn near inedible. I was told I could’ve came back and got new ones but I was already waiting there for a half hour, I didn’t want to wait any longer and waste anymore of my day off there. I attended a benefit there and it was great. They were SO accommodating. The Bar staff MUST have been Overwhelmed, but no one would have ever guessed that. The place was packed. Not very large but there were several hundred people for the benefit, plus their bar was open to regulars and walk in customers. All soft drinks and alcohol were served at the bar and it was constantly 5 deep in lines across the entire bar...so that bar staff is...

Me and my friend stopped in to have few drinks and a bite to eat but there was only one staff member working.

You know I really like this place but when you come in on a steady Sunday night and there's one person working it really makes you look elsewhere.

The bartender was busy enough serving drinks.

Also the music really serves one group of people. Hip Hop and Rap fans. Feels like...
