This place of music sales should warrant google to make a zero rating instead of 1. I’ve been dealing with this company online with a guitar sale. This company sold a guitar that was in terrible shape when it arrived. The guitar was listed to be in “great shape”. When I received the guitar the output jack didn’t work properly and the pickups were lowered to the minimum height and had severely low output. Which also means some of the pickup screws were loose. I processed a return for the item, this company is trying to get out of refund ding my money because one of the loose screws must have fallen out of the pickup during shipping. Which doesn’t surprise me, because they were barely hanging on when I received the guitar. If you are in buffalo I would stay very very far from this business. If you are ordering something online through eBay or another retailer I would find another seller than this one. Very terrible customer service trying to place blame on sellers for them selling terrible...

Their website is down and the domain appears to be up for grabs. Their Reverb storefront is also shuttered. Drove over today to pick up some strings and accessories, but they were closed well before the listed business hours. Since I don't Facebook, I'm not sure if this is a holiday thing, but as they're my local guitar/bass store, I was pretty disappointed. I try to give my cash to the neighborhood small business guys whenever possible, but I can't do that if the sign says "open until 8pm" but they're already dark at 6. Boo, hiss. I shouldn't have to call ahead to make sure that your store is open before I stop to shop, gang. That's just poor management of your online presence in my opinion. And a lost sale to boot. Try to...

Rob Neubauer is not only the best musician in the area but he is the most knowledgeable about all things music equipment. I brought my JCM2000 DSL 100 to him with no sound coming from it on Thursday and I get a phone call Friday afternoon from Rob saying the amp was all fixed and done. There aren't any music stores in the area that have that quick of a turnaround. I took my amp to Sound Souce and it took them a month for them to get it back to me only for it to fail another month later. One of the best music stores in the WNY region!!!...
