Ultima Taco — Restaurant in Town of West Seneca

Both my son and I have been up since eating there last night both with stomach issues and we’ve both been in the bathroom for hours all night. Won’t even give them a star. I spent $50 and I can’t even tell you what a horrible waste of money it was the chicken was awful, I have no clue what seasoning is on there but after the first bite should’ve thrown it out ate half of it and then threw it out. I think that the lettuce was tainted or bad as we both were experiencing the worst indigestion and stomach problems from it. Subs were made wrong. No one was happy after this meal. I’ve wanted to support local which is why I didn’t go to mighty taco but at least it’s way safer and their prices are better. I know that if I call and explain to them that this was the worst waste of money ever they won’t do anything. I’ve edited this review so many times I’m done.

Mediocre at best. Two chicken fajitas tasted awful my son and I both agreed the chicken tasted terrible not quite sure what the flavor was almost like a chemical or a smoke flavor of some sort but definitely not good. Unfortunately forgot that by ordering nachos to go they would definitely come home soggy which of course they did. I guess you could say their subs were OK however after ordering without tomato and then having the whole entire order read back to me as I ordered it and then still getting tomato when you really hate tomato on your food that was kind of a downer. I’m not sure what I just spent $50 on but I definitely will not be doing it again from there. And now that the second sub has been opened it only has the meat and the cheese and it was actually ordered with lettuce tomato and onion just light on the lettuce and now there is no produce on it. So strike three on the ordering definitely not worth the money will not do it again. And now yet another update three hours later both of us sick as dogs from the little that we both ate from the fajitas and nachos....

This place stole from me today, Friday at 2:30pm September 3 2021. I should have called the west Seneca police.. But who thinks of doing that over a matter of $2.41. I ordered 3 large tacos with 3, 20 Oz drinks. They were supposed to be 7.25 each plus tax as advertised on their wall clearly for lunch. The lady (manager she claimed) rang them up at 7.99 each. I caught it on the receipt and showed this to her. It was not a big deal and seemed like an honest mistake. She claimed there was nothing she could do, she could not refund me any money, I told her just give me a soda or something.. she said she could not give away merchandise. She told me that I must come back when the owner is there and take up the matter with him. I told her I have no time for that and had to raise my voice. Told her to write a note explaining why her drawer might be a little short because she said she had no way to record a refund. Also told her I would have to write her a bad review because I clearly didn't think of calling the cops even though I told her she was stealing from me. Congratulations you bought a $2.41, 1 star review and gave me a horrible experience over something so small. This place has always been trashy but my coworkers wanted to stop quick...

I ordered 2 chicken Fajitas and requested them plain,as I must also add I have they’re menu and don’t specify how their chicken is marinated as I did ask for it plain,I come back to work and eat off on the chicken fajita and as I experience the flavor it tasted very sour similar to Salad dressing.I called back to let them know I requested my order plain and why or what was it marinated with and I’m told with Italian dressing even after I requested it plain.First of all who Makes Fajitas with Salad dressing for flavor...So I as I requested to see what they could do to call it even because I wasn’t going to eat the remainder of it as I had to eat some of the first one to realize the taste.So then I’m told “What do you want us to do?” Not in a rude manner but still that’s poor customer service.You don’t have a customer spend their money then ask them what do you want the company to do when they screwed up,as a take out restaurant you should make it right as the menu didn’t specify how you prepare the food..Never again..mediocre food and...
