McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Westfield

Weve always had issues with this mcdonalds but today took the cake. I wouldn't even give it a star if I didnt have to in order to leave this review. We went thru the drive thru with my kids and ordered our food, got up to the window to pay and we had $100 bill so the lady at the register called the manager because she needed a code for a bill this big . The manager comes storming to the register- he goes by the name Kyle. He proceeded to be so rude to the other employee and called her stupid in front of us, with their window open. She told him call her stupid one more time so he said "stupid. You are stupid." We spoke up and told him that was rude and unnecessary- he slammed the window closed. Reopened it to give us change and had a shot eating grin on like he was up to no good. Instantly we decided against getting our food as we did not trust him at this point so we got up to the window where the food comes out and we just asked for our money back and told them we were appalled at his actions and how he treated his co worker in front of us. We were then told by another lady that nobody was being rude and to mind our own business- again, RUDE! they had us pull up where we waited another 10 mins for our money back and Kyle, the kid who called the first lady stupid was the one who came out to give it to us. We let him know my wife was on the phone with corporate and I told him that his job was at stake after that. He called me a white piece of trash and flicked me off IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! My wife spoke to corporate where she informed them he needed to be fired for not just the fact he treated his co workers badly but the customers and for his racist remarks. NEVER again will I step food in this mcdonalds until...

After ordering my food that chicken was burnt and dry got a kids size fries as a medium fry. Went and sat down and saw a yellow jacket in the window. Not only that there were two other ones dead and the window seal. I went up to the cashier and asked when was the last time you guys checked the dining room? The the cashier that waited on me said this morning. I proceeded to walk her over and show the bees to her. I walked outside went to the store and came back and she never removed them from the dining room. I proceeded inside took video and pictures and ask the manager about the situation. She then at one of the cashiers take care of the problem. Oh my God don't ever eat here last but not least as we were eating we overheard two cashiers talking and one says that is gross I wouldn't even eat that. Wow how do you run a multimillion-dollar company with employees with this kind of attitude? Don't waste your time like I did hand see a bad experience with your family at...

I'm shocked I'm rating a fast food place 4 stars let alone a McDonald's, but here we are. This is the nicest, cleanest, fastest, freshest, and most accurate McDonald's in the entire area! I've never gotten a stale bun,brown lettuce, or an inaccurate order from Westfield! Falconer was so gross and terrible it closed. Lakewood is dirty with hair often in the food and inaccurate 50% of the time. Jamestown 86 exit McDonald's is absolutely disgusting and sticky inside, smells, has been shut down by the health department before, stale, inaccurate, extremely long wait time, wilted lettuce often, never gives you your sauce packets for nuggets, full of rude staff, and falling apart. Jamestown Foote has long wait times and dirty bathrooms. When you compare this fast friendly welcoming Westfield McDonald's to the rest it's more like an actual restaurant. It tastes and runs like a McDonald's should...
