K&D Deli and Grocery — Restaurant in Town of Westport

Went here for the 1st time to check it out today, walked to to the cashier shooting dirty looks at my daughter and I, who looked like she was too young to be working. Went to the coffee area, ordered a cappuccino, the guy behind the counter said he didn't know how to make it but he would try, yeah he tried to give me 1/3 cup of coffee, when I asked or it to be fixed, he added more froth, when I tasted it, the milk was sour and he used reg coffee beans, not espresso My daughter wanted a piece of cannoli cake, 14.99 per slice!! Are you kidding!! Cashier shouldn't shoot dirty looks to customers coming in the store Train your staff properly! (My whole cup of cappuccino should've been completely redone, not more milk...

This is a tough one. The place is beautiful and I'm really excited to see something in this space again for the community. The dirty sodas and snacks we got were really good! Unfortunately the cortado I had was absolutely horrible. The espresso was burnt tasting and so unbelievably bitter, undrinkable. There also wasn't any milk in it, just the foam from the steamed milk. My husband and I were on our way to catch the ferry and stopped in for some sandwiches , we were impressed with the quality and service even though they were closing within 15 minutes they took care of us.
