The Original Pizza Shack — Restaurant in Town of Wheatfield

I decided to try them for the first time Saturday night, I called in the order, then 20 minutes later at 5:55pm went to pick it up. It was snowing so my spouse (a disabled combat veteran ) pulled up in front of the store to drop me off to pick up the pizza. If It was ready I would grab it and go if not I was going to wave him to go park. He can only tolerate sitting in the truck so long and had already been in the truck awhile from us running errands and was in pain. As soon as I walked in a rude young person scolded me and told me to go tell my spouse to go park properly. There was not a single car in the huge parking lot except the employees’s snow covered cars and our truck. I said by the time I go tell him I could have grabbed the pizza and be gone . The young person rolled his eyes at me and handed me the pizza. I mentioned it was my first time trying out Pizza Shack and the person gave a snarky comment “well we’re open.” I pay for the pizza and turned to leave and was told to next time tell him to park properly. I replied he is a disabled vet and before I could finish my sentence the young person nastily hollered “he isn’t the one walking in here!” To top it off the pizza was the most flavorless pizza I’ve ever had. The crust was like you would imagine cardboard would taste like and the whole pizza was bland and most of it was thrown away. My first impression , was horrible and the disrespect was unbelievable. There’s a multitude of other pizzerias far better and less expensive. Customer service can make you or break you especially with a mediocre product....

My husband and I recently moved to NT. Our treat for the week is pizza every Friday. We ordered from every pizza delivery place in our area until we found our favorite - Pizza Shack! Delivery has been quite fast, especially for Fridays. Our food arrives hot and it's been great so far. We love that they do personal pizzas. It's just the two of us, and we only have pizza once a week, so anything larger would just be wasted. The fries are one of my favorites of all time ( I'm super fussy about my fries - I don't like anything weird or seasoned or fancy). Our routine order of pizza, fries and mozzarella sticks ended up being cheaper here than anywhere else as well. We really enjoy our end of the workweek treat from Pizza Shack, and we're so glad to have them in the community! Update: Two years later, we order weekly, and they are still...

I've been getting chicken finger subs there for a while they've always been delicious and the subs have always been made very well. However the last two times I've ordered chicken finger subs they have been completely drenched in sauce to the point where the bread is completely soaked lettuce onions all over the place all over the bread just a complete mess The sauce tastes completely different too so I'm not going to be back anytime soon kind of sucks I'm not sure if they got a new cook or what but something definitely changed. Very sloppy very sloppy. They're buffalo wing sauce for some reason now taste like spaghetti sauce with hot sauce something changed and I definitely won't be back not going to waste my money and time on a place that doesn't...
