I went into the store on 11/10/2018 looking for a replacement faucet for our kitchen. I was greeted by Eric and I let him know what I was looking for. He pointed me in the right direction and then told me look around and he would get back to me. I made a decision on a faucet but had a few questions. Eric was then busy with another customer looking for something to clean her sink. Well it turned into a 10 minute conversation about football. I made it clear that I was ready but Eric kept talking football with the other customer. Finally Eric returned and I gave him my choice. The sign on the the display said $360 and change. When he printed up the quote it said $377 and change. I said oh is that the price with the tax? He said it was. I really didn’t do the math in my head but I should have. When I came back on Monday to pick it up and pay for it at the warehouse in the back the price was $377 plus the tax which turned out to be $407 plus change. I went back to the store to check the price on the display. It said $360 and some change. I asked the women there why I was charged $377 plus tax when the sign clearly stated it was $360. She responded that Moen hadn’t updated the tags yet!! Well I don’t know but maybe the attorney general needs to be made aware of this practice. First time, last time I shop there. Irr plumbing was hard to deal with the salesperson in the visionary showroom was kind of snarky, we ordered it they told us 6 to 8 weeks for it to come in, I called at 6 weeks to find out the status and it seemed like it was an inconvenience for my call. We called at 8 weeks my wife was informed the shower was in and they would be calling to step up delivery. We had to call back a week later to find out what was happening we never received a call. I stopped into Irr plumbing to pay the balance of the shower they person that took care of me screwed up the credit card transaction and told me they would call me the next day to pay the balance over the phone. They called the next day I gave the person my credit card number he tried twice and couldn’t get it to work(keep in mind this is the same card I ordered the shower with without a problem). Then the delivery showed up and the people doing the delivery wouldn’t bring the shower into the house claiming it was too heavy to carry into the house….
