I opted to order via the online option. Bad interface, not very user friendly. Once I navigated away I couldn't go back and see/track my order. Even with a profile set up. Didn't get any updates of any kind, so after 35 minutes I went to the store. I was told my order (12 wings, 1 cheeseburger, 1 turkey sandwich) wasn't ready yet. After 35 minutes?! Then I was told they don't have the wingsauce I wanted. Well, it's a good thing I happened to show up when I did. Got my order a few minutes after and it wasn't hot at all. Not even warm! Plus, the turkey sandwich wasn't toasted, as requested. The burger was clearly frozen food product (not fresh) and very bland. Even with my choice to add asiago cheese and sweet peppers. When I got there, there were 2 customers who had ordered calzones at the counter. They were clearly taken care of before my order, seeing as how they got theirs fresh, hot and before mine. It's obvious that my food sat, with no attempt to contact me before I showed up. The one and only good thing - the wings were good sized and crispy. I ran a successful pizza shop years ago. I can honestly say, these things would not have happened and would not be tolerated. Maybe this was a "one off", or a bad night. But it only takes 1 time to make an impression, doesn't it? Read moreIt’s honestly really upsetting to know how well this place used to run to how it is now. A little over a month ago my fiance and I went to have lunch, there was 2 people at the bar, and 1 table with 3 guys (who already had their food) and it took about 15 minutes for us to put in drink orders, about half an hour to get our food, the waitress checked on us and when I told her that both our drinks were made wrong she said “well how, I have the menu at the bar” and I said “well it’s supposed to be a motito, there’s no lime in here, and no mint, it quite literally tastes like a Tito’s and soda” and she said “there’s mint in a mojito?”🤦🏻♂️ she didn’t try to fix anything or offer a different drink, she took our drinks away and brought the check, THEN watched me write the tip and total before walking away without asking if we needed boxes or anything. Tonight, my fiance placed an online order at 6pm for pickup, she waited half an hour before going to get our 2 calzones, and an hour later they told her “it’ll be a minute” and 10+ minutes later they’re still working on it. EDIT they also didn’t give us blue cheese for our sides - that we paid for- Lexi has been consistent with how she treats her customers and I think she’s the best one you guys got and it seems like she’s the youngest. Please do better...
Read moreOrdered 2 subs, 2 cookies online. Got a call saying they were out of peanut butter cookies, no problem. After waiting 40 minutes 'til pickup, we were told that they were out of steak for the steak sub. "Someone was supposed to call you" we were told. Nope, just called about the ever so important cookies. As usual, everybody EXCEPT who we presume was the manager was standing around. The manager was very apologetic and offered us some slices, she was very professional and again, apologetic. We could see in her face how frustrated she was with the situation. So, on to the food. The chicken finger sub was more of a lettuce and maybe 2 cups of mayo? With a few chicken fingers, but any shot of tasting the chicken was impossible due to the mayo and mounds of lettuce. The pizza slices seemed old, dry, flavorless. Couple bites of pizza, each took one bite of the sub, threw everything in trash. Pretty awful experience all the way around, with the exception of the manager. We used to enjoy going there almost every friday, we're done, this place gets worse...
