Everything about our visit was terrible. We had been traveling for a long time on the road and decided to stop here for a quick meal and ordered the 10" personal pizzas. These pizzas definitely were not 10", we measured it at 7". Normally, I can understand a business being busy and having the occasional slip-up, however, they had no customers at this time.. my pizza was also burnt and tasted terrible. On top of this, they had a customer call to complain about an order being incorrect, and they proceeded to mock that customer openly in front of us. I have worked in the fast food industry previously. This behavior is never acceptable in front of other customers. I am sorry to say I do not recommend stopping here.

Classic New England pizza shop. A huge menu. We had hot subs. The employees recommended the special Steak Tip sub hot, toasted and with mayo. It comes with grilled peppers, onions and mushrooms. We swapped the American cheese for Provolone. Skip the chicken parm sub made with frozen chicken patties. I would order the steak tip sub again! Two 12” subs, two 20oz drinks and a bag of chips was about $30.

I have had good experiences here, just not today. Ordered a steak tip sub. Sub-par. All the tips were almost pure grizzle. On top of that, I ordered with cheese and got none, and supposed to be sautéed onions and it was just stacked with raw onion. 1/10. Did previously have the buffalo chicken calzone and it was amazing, so I tried to branch out. Ugh

I don't know if Sophia's has changed hands or if they have just become complacent since there is no competition in the area or if they are just having a bad night. It started when I lifted the brown bag off my car seat to bring into the house. They had packed the bag so poorly that a large amount of grease had leaked through the bottom of the bag all over my cloth front seat. The grease tore through the the bottom of the bag and I didn't think I had ordered anything so greasy. We ordered the chicken dinner with sides of cole slaw and side salad as well as a meatball sub on-line. I specified no toppings on the sub and so they put dry meatballs into the sandwich. When I arrived to pick up, the worker asked me if I wanted sauce since I said no toppings. Of course, I wanted sauce, so she opened up the wrapped sandwich and poured the sauce over the whole meatballs and re-wrapped. I found the grease when I opened the grilled chicken "dinner." A pile of greasy chicken in a styrofoam container laden with grease. Chicken was tough, lots of cartilage. Threw most of it away. The cole slaw "side" was in a tiny container, same size as the salad dressing. Very small. The side salad was 95% lettuce in a 3X3 inch plastic box with 1 slice of cucumber and 3 tiny tomatoes. Very...

We have ordered from Sofia's many many times, the delivery timing is on par usually with what they say. I have been not deliberately testing the orders for a couple years especially the online app orders. Not one time have I received my order accurately when it comes to subs, I've non deliberately tested this many times to my own defeat. Tonight I ordered a steak bomb sub with extra cheese x 2 for a total of $17 bucks, still not adequate for the $10 dollar variant. I'm confused why isn't it? An additional $7 dollars on a sub should add just about anything! Nope at Sofia's you get the same under performing $10 dollar sub (still expensive) for $17 dollars! My family loves Sofia's, but I have to ask WTH and explain it's not ok to charge folks without providing the order correctly or even close. It's like a running joke at my house you get what you get from Sofia's not necessarily what you ordered! All this said, my family will always order from Sofia's as we believe in local small businesses, but, hey Sofia's! Wake up, you have supportive folks in the community, don't take that for granted! All of us in any line of work can do better, but, you need...

I Don't understand all The great reviews for this place! I ordered two pizzas here a cheese and a meat lovers and they were both lousy. I knew as soon as I got home and opened the boxes as my wife will attest to by my face, Run of the mill crappy frozen Greek style pizza crust the kind that taste like a greasy sponge. I found this funny since the web site talks like he is taking pizza crust to a new artistic high and how it should be the right consistency and so forth LOL. The meat lovers pizza was so soggy I could have eaten it with a spoon. I'm 50 years old and have eaten a ton of pizza from places like the north end and if you want better more authentic pizza crust try pizza regina(north end not the newer chain ones),expressos pizza in Fitchburg, mammas Italian restuarant(dracut),El Fornos. I would have given this place one star if it were not for the fast courteous customer servivce. My advice pass on the pizza unless you like eating a pound of...
