Just avoid this location. 9 out of 10 times they will get something wrong with my order or leave something out completely. Idk why they cant just get it together here. Its the one closest to me but i would rather drive to a different location to avoid the mistakes that seem to ALWAYS happen at this one. Also, I suggest filling up with gas next door b4 jumping in the drive thru...the wait is incredible..even if theres no line. With the amount of time they keep u waiting, one would expect their order to be perfect but ngope...not the case. *UPDATE: this place still sucks. I was heading out of town so filled my tank next door and needed to get my little one a bit to eat so i wasnt hearing some screaming the whole way to the bay area. There was no line in the drive thru so i took my chances..big mistake. 20 minutes later and a screaming kid i finally got the order..why? Theres no excuse for this when theres NOBODY else in line! Read moreI usually complain about the lack of professionalim, the wrong orders, and the presentation and accuracy of my order. However, tonight as I pulled in I did not expect to be told my beef order could not be completed. I was told that there was an issue with the grill for cooking beef. But what really struck me was the demeanor and level of professionalism I was treated with. The young man at the pay window voiced his apology. Worked with me to find something to accommodate my palate and his cantor was so relieving that my frustration had subsided within seconds. It was on Friday September 6th at 11:45pm that James treated me with the dignity and respect I would like to see at all eating establishments. It wasn't about money or duty. It was that a young man had the courage to be honest and compassionate to a strangers inconvenience. I don't know if you will ever get the recognition you deserve, James, but you have revitalized my faith that there are decent workers that do their absolute best. As the years have past byy, Macdonald's (including other restaurants; I'm sure not all), many no longer feels as welcoming, and friendly. Do to the fact, they just hand you your bag of food, not repeating the order; or even knowing what really is in there, and if it's the persons order, and they don't even care to be king or generous enough if a person would like any sauces/condiments, and so forth, ( I teach them kindly to ask me if I would like any ketchup or something), Just plainly handing the person the bag. Not really caring about the person, customer, or customer service. Is that how they are taught and or trained? Do they get paid, just for handing out a bag of food?, giving each costumer the silent treatment. Not even "have a good day". Thank God 🙌 I was trained right with care, patience, and manners, ext., for all of my customers; when I worked at Jack In The box in 2000 till around 01 or 02.
