Disappointing Experience: Poor Management and Overly Sweet Food

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Jade Express, and unfortunately, my experience was consistent with the numerous negative reviews I've since read. The young girl with the face mask who claimed to be the manager, in particular, seems to be a major issue, with many reviewers echoing my own sentiments. Perhaps she is not qualified for a management position based on my experience and reading through the reviews.

Our server with the curly hair who prepared our plates as well as placed our orders for dishes not already on the food bar was friendly and attentive, but the manager's incompetence was palpable as she was very disrespectful and rude.

But the bigger letdown was the food itself. My colleagues and I were excited to try Jade Express, but the dishes we ordered were overpoweringly sweet and lacked genuine flavor. It was clear that sugar was used as a crutch rather than allowing the natural flavors of the ingredients to shine through.

Given the overwhelming negative feedback about the manager and the subpar food quality, I hope the owners will take a hard look at their management structure and culinary approach. Until then, we would not recommend Jade...

I want to come in give this place 5 stars Plus! When I tell yall this place was fantastic. I got Bourbon chicken and teriyaki chicken and rice. Hot fresh and fulfilling! The food was great, hot fresh and delicious. They also have a special where you can get 2 meats and a side for $5. If that's not a deal I don't know what is. During this economy that' is a very great tactic and a sure way to keep me coming back as a customer. The plates are hefty and you will not be able to eat the entire thing if so you'll be stuffed! The place was packed when I pulled in and that's a wonderful sign that the food is good. I am more than pleased with this establishment. The customer service is excellent 👌 please come visit this place you won't be dissatisfied. It is a small place if you want to dine in so be aware of that that it's close knit but for the price the delicious food and great customer service I'd come back over and over. I seen several ethnicities come out to eat here and also working here and that really warmed my heart to see. Good vibes good food good atmosphere! This place is good for the money. It gives the same vibes and the food at most malls. The meats are pretty good, they give you more than enough, and it’s cheap. With that being said, you shouldn’t expect a gourmet experience with top quality ingredients unless you’re paying top dollar. I have never experienced rude workers here. Everyone has always been upbeat and patient. The only downsides are the sides in my opinion. The rice was undercooked and the noodles can be mushy or overcooked . I’ve tried most of the chicken flavors. I haven’t tried the jalapeño …probably afraid it may be too spicy. IDK. I like the bourbon chicken flavor, but I don’t like the big chunks. I think it should be cut smaller. Overall I appreciate someone bringing affordable food to the community. The place is always clean and the food...
