I have never in my life experienced such terrible service. The people here were rude, condescending, and likely guilty of profiling. You couldn't pay me to go back here. In the past month I've found myself ordering pizza from here often. You can buy a single slice and they're pretty close to where I live. It became a routine for me to buy a small pizza or a couple slices on my way home after running errands. Their pizza's not the best but also not the worst and for the money I was okay with that; until today. Today I was refused service after the woman at the register would not accept my debit card. She claimed that my faded signature actually read see id and demanded I show her my license. I did not have my id on me, as my house is only a few blocks away and who in their right mind thinks they'll need a photo id to buy a slice of pizza. She was rude and condescending and was essentially insinuating the debit card was not mine. I thought about writing a review then and there but decided to go back with my id and try to reconcile what had just happened. I walked in calm and attempted to have a reasonable conversation with this woman when she began cutting me off saying do you want a slice a pizza. Every sentence I began she interrupted immediately to the point where I was speechless. After being yelled at and interrupted countless times by her I asked to speak to her manager. Eventually, she did, but I watched as they walked out together her whisper to him while he shook his head. He began the conversation already decided. He claimed I was arguing with him and that the back of my id could easily be mistaken to have read see id. The mistreatment I experienced left me dumbfounded to the point where I just walked out. I have worked behind a register at a food establishment for years and never once have I even checked for a signature let alone think I need to on a three dollar order. Maybe if I hadn't been a young adult wearing sunglasses I wouldn't have been indirectly accused of debit card theft - but considering the shared theme in other reviews, maybe not. The entire experience was ridiculous and I will never...
Read moreNot that great food and the staff aren't that bright.. I ask for a slice of pizza with garlic butter crust. Right at the time when he's putting the pizza in the box, I tell him that I don't need parmasan, just the garlic crust. At that very moment, would have been the appropriate time to put the butter on the crust. A second later, he hands me my slice, and I take off. I didn't think to check my pizza, since the chances of them forgetting anything, was very unlikely. I get home, and realize he actually forgot to put the garlic butter on the crust. How the hell, is that even possible??? We were talking about my garlic crust at the exact moment, he would have put it on. But he forgot! I don't know how, my fiance even told me he thought it was done on purpose, as their way of being an a**, but I highly doubt it. I really think he was just not all there that day. Not only that, but a majority of the time I order, they mess it up somehow. Often, if its delivered, it comes cold. And when its to my standards, I personally don't think their food is that great. I don't understand the many positive reviews. There are so many pizza places in TC, that are better than Crusted Creations. Even Little Caesars $5 pizzas are better than Crusted...
Read moreThis used to be my go-to place for pizza. I will tell you that the pizzas are good and that there are good specialty pizzas. The reason for the one star is for two incidents I had recently. One concerns when I called to order. The person taking the order was short and rather rude with me and every time I tried to go over the order he kept cutting me off. (The order was a bit complicated as one of my guess had food issues). When I arrived and obtained my pizza I expressed my disatisfaction with the order-taker. I felt this probably was a one time problem. So the next week I ordered pizza. I went in and pre paid for it so it could be delivered. When the pizza arrived I was not right there. My husband asked if he could pay for the pizza or leave it on the charge. The boys said either one. So he paid for the pizza. And also gave him a $15 tip. That's not what happened at all. The boy took $100 tip and I paid $85 on my charge for the pizza. When I called to express my dissatisfaction the next day when I found out they discussed it without putting me on hold. no one called me back to apologise and they all agreed that the boy deserved the hundred dollar tip. I do not think that I can afford $185 pizza anymore from...
