My drink was delicious. Finally a good quality, legit boba place in tc.

A couple suggestions: I think with a bit more staff training the service would be great! There were plenty of employees so I don’t think it was a staffing issue, but they all seemed a little flustered. No owner in sight and no obvious authority figure around to make sure it was running smoothly.

Each customer should be asked for their name. The staff were calling out what each customer ordered when it was ready instead of just yelling out a name …. It was unnecessarily confusing.

Overall my experience with the product itself was fantastic. With some small tweaks to their ordering system and a bit more organization/better trained staff this place should have a line out...

I got passion fruit/lychee green tea and didn't taste any lychee. Service was incredibly slow, it took 15 minutes to get most of our drinks, didn't get the coffee at all because they were out of hot cups, which we were only informed of after paying and waiting 20 minutes. The woman who took our order was semi rude and the employees overall just didn't really seem to know what they were doing. The pick up counter and tables were dirty with spilled tea and the waffle was undercooked and doughy. The boba was squishy and they told us the milk teas were made with water unless you specifically ask for a tea base. Which seems misleading. The decorations were cute, but overall was disappointed with...

Glad to see TC getting boba places, but the drinks from here were bad. Everything is powder based so there’s no real authentic flavors. A good milk tea would be made with brewed tea, milk and sugar/sweet syrup added. The pearls were good, but the overall cost for these drinks are not worth it. Recommend the owners visit a city with real milk tea and adjust your recipe. Otherwise, lower the prices; such an absurd cost for low quality powdered products.

Also, maybe properly train your staff on HOW to train new staff? The girl at the counter was very nice, but the person trying to train her was grumpy and...

My daughter and I went today to try the new Ramen dish they are now offering. The reason for the 2 star is because of the Ramen. The chicken tasted old, asked for no cilantro and recieved a bowl overwhelmed with cilantro. The carrots where raw and didn't compliment the dish at all. Very disappointed with spending my money and time there today. The staff seemed overwhelmed even though it wasn't busy. Maybe reevaluate the Ramen or remove it from the menu. Unfortunately, I will not be back.

Been going to Cutea boba since it opened and have always been more then pleased with both the customer service and the tea itself. Atmosphere is cute and fitting and the workers are always bright and smiling, even when caught in a tea rush of like 10 customers at once. Today my Dogman Drink fell over in the car and exploded on my center console when I took a turn a little too fast, and Cutea Boba replaced it for free when I walked in sad and wet. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Finally, a boba tea shop in Traverse City! Fruit teas, milk teas, signature blends, tapioca pearls, bursting bobas and jelly bits! The possibilities are endless! A friendly staff and cute giant murals for fun selfies make it a great place to get our boba tea fix. And now they’re offering Hong Kong and Pandan waffles! We stop in at least twice a week. So happy you’re here!!!
