Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Traverse City

Don't bother odering ahead. Used their online ordering and placed a $50 order 2hrs ahead of when I wanted it. When I got there my order was not only not ready on time but two of the pies sat in the warmer for twenty minutes waiting for the rest of my order to get in line and then through the oven. The "Manager" informs me that my order was delayed because of people coming in for Hot N Ready pies as well as orders at the register, that those orders pushed mine back. When I asked how ordering mine two hours in advance was any convenience especially when specifying a pick-up time that can be influenced by street traffic. His only and repeated frequently response was "sorry". No other effort at costumer satisfaction was exercised. So, I left $50+ dollars of pizza, only half fresh, a half hour wasted & late to where I needed to be, and nothing but a snarky "sorry" that didn't sound close to sincere. It's an easy call for me. It was our first time ordering here. I called and placed my order for a deep dish pepperoni and Italian cheese bread. The girl I placed my order with must have been new or very confused. I repeated my order to her 3x's. She kept trying to give me a classic pepperoni and crazy bread. I got to the store and told the counter guy what my order was, a deep dish pepperoni and Italian cheese bread. He said it would be a little wait. I told him I didn't mind waiting. I waited about 10 or so minutes, then he hands me my pizza and then he said let me get your Italian cheese bread. I took the pizza and cheese bread home. When I got home and opened it up. They gave me a classic pepperoni and crazy bread. I was to tired to go back and no one answered the phone when I tried to call. So we ate the pizza and crazy bread. The pizza was good, but the crazy bread not so much. I'm giving this store a 3 because I didn't get what I ordered no matter how many times I repeated my order. I was told my pizza would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes... came in when it was supposed to be ready to pay and be told it's c9m8ng out the oven. I asked again after 15 minutes, worker fakely looks it's coming out the oven. Ask again 10 minutes later same thing. Then the guy goes on break and switches with anther guy at the counter. I hear the workers mention this pizza is for Scott.... just waiting on crazy bread... I watch it sit there for another 15 minutes while the off crazy bread for other orders then finally 50 minutes after waiting there they say it's ready. I mention I hope my pizza isn't cold and he states "it just came out of a 500 degree oven" I told him that actually I had stared at the exact box he had just picked up sitting there for close to 20 minutes. He said no it just came out. I can understand if something is taking longer... things happend but they should at least be honest and not lie to you.
