Wow not many reviews for this place. IT DESERVES MORE. This is a kind of hidden place since it's not at a restaurant but it's in a tiny shed that's so adorable. She makes cookies/Brownies of whatever she feels like it and posts what she'll put out on her Instagram that day. LET ME TELL YOU, they're pretty great and I love the names she gives them. This one is the Stroopie, which is a blonde with Stroopwafels!! She puts the ingredients in the back as well, which is wonderful! Only downside is I'm going to spend a lot of money now that I found out I can freeze these. 😅

Usually Slabtown is so popular, you have to get there early, but she made extra today! I'm currently savoring a Summer Solstice with a nice cup of tea and it is scrumptious! Can't wait to try all the other flavors we purchased!

While in town for the month, I discovered that this place is on my walk to work. I am now a slave to the cookie shed. They are SO delicious and I would highly recommend! If you want more cookie selection, visiting earlier in the day is best, because the stand closes up once the cookies run out. I've tried a cookies & cream bar, caramel-stuffed chocolate cookie, peanut butter bar, and a brownie-batter filled chocolate truffle. Everything has been out...
