My boyfriend & I got to Nudy's at around 11am this morning for brunch. It was busy, & they did seem understaffed. We were sat quickly, however, & given menus to look over. We sat there for 20 minutes without anyone coming to so much as take a drink order. When the waitress came over, she seemed very flustered & disorganized. We put our drink orders in, 2 waters, an apple juice & a cold brew w/cream, which I realized were actually placed in a little cup on the table. We only had one, so she said she would bring more. She left & came back 2 minutes later & said "by any chance, do you know what you want to order?" We did, so we ordered. She confirmed the order & off she went. About 5 minutes later, she came back with our drinks, & said she needed to confirm our order again. I asked her for some creamers, & her response was "I'll bring some when I have the time". It was unprofessional, but she was young & I work in the service industry as well, so I know how busy shifts can get, so I brushed it off. She brought me creamers & then someone else followed with our food. I ordered a western omelet w/cheese, & a side of bacon, & my boyfriend ordered some kind of French toast with a side of egg whites & bacon. The omelet came out with no cheese & the home fries that came with it were barely warm. My boyfriend said that his French toast was cold as well. It was over $50 for 2 people with a small tip because the service was lackluster & so was the food, and we both left knowing we were going to have to eat again soon. Read moreI went last Saturday with a friend to celebrate my birthday and the waitress treated us really badly. I got there 3 minutes before my friend, and everything was fine until there. My friend and I talked in Portuguese, so I'm guessing it's something related to that, because when I was alone, I was treated well. So at the moment my friend arrived, the waitress came to get our order. I asked for a minute so my friend could decide what she wanted, and I got the first attitude with a rolling eyes. Then, a few minutes later, I was ordering my food, and I got a breakfast sandwich. She asked me what kind of sausage I would like, but I didn't understand her and kindly asked her to repeat it and she said with an attitude "sausage". After that, the waitress was taking the menu out of my hand, but I wasn't done yet, so I had to finish my order after my friend because the waitress couldn't wait until I finish. The food was good, but when we weren't even close to finishing our food, she brought the check without checking if we wanted something else or if we were good. So when we were done, I called the waitress and asked if she could separate the check I two because we would pay separately, and she said no and took the card from my hand! I wasn't even giving her the card, I was just holding it with my phone, and she took it from my personal space. So, of course, I felt disrespected and didn't tip because I'm not even planning to come back there. I'm not tipping someone who treats me badly. So my friend and I were walking to the car, and the waitress started following us yelling, "Thank you, ladies, thank you so much," very sarcastically. Read moreThe food when it’s correct is very good but I’ve ordered 4 times out of 4 times has been correct! The last order which was yesterday I even called after placing the order on a delivery app to check that there wouldn’t be any mistakes!!! I went through the entire order over the phone after placing the order!!! Then I receive the order and it was completely wrong!!! They were not helpful on the phone and told me a manager would call me they never did. Lost my business and I will be posting on every platform I can. It’s a shame because the cook is clearly a good cook but I never get the right order! It is all wrong and they are not polite when you call. The customer service is abysmal! I never write nasty reviews but I took the time to write this! I still haven’t been called so I called back they claim there is no manager working today or yesterday!
