Their meat is outstanding. Their prime ribeye is both a sight and taste to behold. The marbling is beyond excellent and it cooks up to tender perfection on the grill. I usually have it cut thick so that I can get it medium rare and nicely seared, too. They'll cut anything any way you want, and it's always top quality. Their ground chuck is also a must-have. It's not like most in that it doesn't shrink into nothing when you cook it. The fact that they grind it right there in the store probably has a lot to do with it. Their sausage and/or Italian sausage are great, as well. I also get their chicken (breasts) and it always comes out great. They also have pork steaks that cook up like they ought to. Best small family owned local butcher shop that provides amazing cuts of meat etc. along, with quick grab groceries. Personal family kindness served from new to hometown customers, that take the time to make sure that you receive what you want or help you find it. They even takes time to remember you by name or the products which you've purchased before! Wish more stores where as pleasant...
