I got off of work after a very long shift and was really looking forward to some really great pizza as I used to come here all the time when I lived in trophy club. I started calling just after 11 o’clock to place an order for a simple pepperoni pizza and was on hold for over 30 minutes. When I walked in to talk to the lady about getting a simple pizza, she was very rude and had a horrible attitude with me, telling me that they don’t accept orders within the last hour of the place being open, which is nowhere on their website. Because of this horrible lady and her horrible attitude, I’m taking my business elsewhere from now on and will just be getting a better quality pizza from Tom Thumb on the way out of the neighborhood for tonight. It is also extremely frustrating since I am nine months pregnant and drove all the way over here only to be treated so poorly by the worker behind the counter. I was still on hold when I walked into the store and heard the phone ringing as I was walking in. If she had just taken two minutes to answer the phone and inform me that she was no longer taking orders so I didn’t waste my time, I would have been upset, but understanding and wouldn’t be writing this review. She was extremely rude, and I am extremely disappointed with the service that I received here tonight. Would put 0/5 stars if it were an option just because of her...

My son, a high school student at Byron Nelson HS, was recently hired at Marco's Pizza and worked there for about a week. He called in sick once and was abruptly fired — no warning, no discussion, nothing. We later found out he was never even paid for the time he did work and was not given the proper employment paperwork. It’s deeply concerning and raises serious questions about how this location handles its employee records — especially minors.
I reached out to the General Manager, "Sandy," numerous times via text to ask why my son hadn’t been paid and to request the owner’s contact information. After multiple messages, I still received no clear answer and no owner contact. It’s baffling how someone so unresponsive and dismissive can be in a leadership position.
To make matters worse, when my son tried to apply at another nearby Marco's Pizza location, that GM reached out to Sandy — who then told them my son was “not hirable.” After working one week and being fired for being sick? Seriously?
This experience has been incredibly disappointing and upsetting. I strongly caution others — both customers and prospective employees — to think twice before supporting this location. The owner needs to be made aware of how this store is being run and how poorly staff (especially students) are being...
Read moreMore of a personal story than one of the entire operation there, now we live about 1/8th mike away from this location, and we love the pizza, always spot on. No complaints, “order too often” said my scale. We always get delivery, and “I get it” most of the drivers it may be their first job, or they don’t really take an ownership mentality cause again they are kids making a quick buck. 100% of the time I watch them almost turn my pizza upside down removing it from the oven bag. I bring it in, cheese is on 75 percent of the pizza instead of the whole thing. I don’t complain “I get it”. I live so close that the cheese is super hot and slides. I delivered pizzas 15 years ago and probably did the same thing.. and also didn’t care at the time.. then tonight, downpour, Friday night, prime time.... I’m sure yenz we’re slammed.. good ol Maria, delivers the perfect pizza. Man, i watched her make a serious and Conscious effort to keep the pizza level and not spill cheese everywhere. I’m sure the boss man reads this.. have Maria teach a class on not tipping the box to the other kids.. give her a payed day off...
