Casey's — Restaurant in Troy

Was there Wednesday night around 7pm we had a blow out on our motorhome. Manager on duty and the other 3 workers were amazing. They called a couple of their friends to see if they could assist us. Was friendly caring and just over all great people.we found a company to come out but it was about a 2 hour ETA. Store was clean and well stocked. Issue I had was the way that one employee ( I assume was the manager even though she was wearing regular clothes) reprimanded another employee. She was rude and did it in front of me and other customers. Then proceeded to complain about that employee to other employees. Very unprofessional. I felt terrible for the employee who was being yelled at and made to feel stupid in front of customers and other employees. I think more training is...

Horrible experience at this Casey's. They wouldn't honor the promotion they had on display by the pizza station, despite the fact that the pizza was already made and ready to go and I had clarified the pricing with another employee.
