We stopped here for a quick sub for my wife and daughter on Sunday June 23 2024, around 1pm. The service was anything but quick. A full 25 minutes elapsed from the initial walk-in take-out order until the sandwiches were in hand. The two ladies behind the counter displayed obvious signs of annoyance at having to make food for customers. The huffed and sighed loudly to signal their displeasure. Ingredients were missing and not mentioned before making the food. No discounts offered or given to address substandard food. My wife also pointed out that some dried out meat was stuck between a container and the chiller that was visible from the customer’s side of the glass in an effort to alert the employee of a potential food safety issue, she was ignored because the lady, “couldn’t see it” from her side. Toppings were messed between my wife’s sandwich and my daughter’s sandwich, when my daughter politely mentioned it to have it corrected, the lady making the sandwich showed obvious anger toward my daughter. The hostility and lack of professionalism was brutal. It seems from other reviews that we were not alone in receiving pathetic service on that day. Hopefully management reads this review and swiftly responds. Although I don’t live in the area and only visit occasionally, I will NEVER return to this Subway location again. Read moreNot a great experience. Stopped here on a road trip and ordered a steak Philly. They started making my sub then asked me what meat I wanted after I just ordered a steak Philly. She then put the steak on the sub and asked what cheese I wanted (it was supposed to come with American ( they had nothing but shredded cheddar and pepper jack so I did the cheddar. then she toasted my sub and told me after they didn’t have peppers that are supposed to come on the sub. I let it go and left and tried to eat my sub that was supposed to be toasted and it was cold since she toasted 3 subs together for 10 seconds and it actually made me feel sick to try to eat. My brother also tried to substitute ham for turkey and she said they couldn’t do that then replied “ I just work here “ when we tried to question that. Did not have meat for one of the subs so did substitute for a different sub. Did not have the cookies as they were busy in the afternoon so didn't have time to bake. No problem, except no one could tell me how to get the refund. Was told to call or come in on Monday (this was a Friday) . I called Monday and told manager not there he was her son and took message and to call back Tuesday morning. Well called Tuesday morning and only went to a voice mail. After 3rd attempt left voice mail. It is Friday and still no returned call. We ordered 10 cookies so it's basically $9 they ripped us off. Even emailed company and have heard nothing.
