Since our initial visit was less than impressive, we decided to give City Scoops another try. I know there has been an ownership change, and several changes to the business itself. I must say I was pleasantly surprised and happy with both the service and the product. The young ladies working the Troy location were pleasant and friendly. The change is good, and I'm happy I gave City Scoops another chance. Really good Ice Cream, and a fantastic Strawberry Cheesecake shake. City Scoops..... you have another fan, and I'm happy I gave you another chance! Awesome...

Cant go wrong with City Scoops. Try thr Superman and Coffee chip. Btw, to the person that tried to compare it to Bobbys or Annie's, tell me how many times you have gone there with 1 item or lucky 2 without paying 15 plus dollars for regualr size. All those places you named, kids cup is 1 scoop. Plus a quart at bobbys or annies is close to 10 dollars. So do your math. You just spent 25 plus at bobbys or annies for what you paid less for better quality at City Scoops. So your reviee is a little off the deep end or the grid, if ya...
