As sad as it is to say, Pam is the sole reason I dislike going to this store. To start with, she always has her mask below her chin and seems to be smacking on gum. But aside from that… My first experience with Pam, I walked into the store (no one else was in there) and you would have thought I was the one working - she didn’t say a single word of acknowledgement even after I said “Hi, how are you doing?” cheerfully. She then proceeded to sloppily, slowly, and quietly make my sandwiches (she put all of the toppings in the middle of the flat bread and folded both sides up like a taco… You can’t make that up). +When I asked for more ranch she had an attitude and made me feel like a hassle.
I figured maybe she was new or was having a bad day. Came in a few days later and she was there again. No greeting from Pam, but the other worker did greet us. While we were deciding what we wanted, a man who had mobile ordered a wrap came in. The guy was very polite but said that his wrap was really hard, he had wanted the meat cooked separately, not the entire wrap cooked. I understand mobile orders can be complicated, and he seemed to understand that too. But Pam was very rude, rolling her eyes and huffing, she said “well, you shouldn’t order a wrap then”. Thankfully the other girl made our sandwiches since Pam was dealing with that.
Third encounter with Pam was today, I was the only customer in there. Someone else greeted me but Pam did not acknowledge me yet again. I waited at the counter for a minute to see if she would initiate the conversation like “Hi, what can we get started?” Or something. Awkward silence then she spoke “Well are you ready?” I was. She did a better job with my sandwich this time, I will give her that! It just grossed me out that she had her mask off and was chewing/mouth breathing again. The other lady cashed me out while my sandwich was in the oven (Pam was just standing there) and then the other lady went to the back. Pam tried to charge me again and the lady came out of the back to let her know that I had, in fact, already paid.
PLEASE TRAIN HER BETTER OR SOMETHING. I understand how customer service/food service is, but she should not be working that type of job...
Read moreSubway has a new line up and I was excited to try it. I had been attempting to order online which was not working. So instead I went in to order one of the new Teriyaki Blitz sandwiches. The lady was working on 5 different sandwiches at the time and was extremely busy but when she got to me and asked what I wanted on my Chicken teriyaki I corrected her and said that should be a Teriyaki Blitz. Her response “that isn’t what I heard” as she stood there holding my sandwich waiting for me to tell her what to put on it. After a few awkward moments of her just staring at me, no apology, no offer to correct, just basically a you are SOL stare, I accepted the sandwich. Normally, I would have insisted on a correction but I felt bed with how slammed they were - there were lines of people in front of me and behind me. For future, I would recommend a better ordering system if they cannot hear behind the counter. I would also recommend some customer service training. I hope her day...
Read moreMy family and I stopped at this Subway to order sandwiches to go. We live 30 minutes away and when we got home and opened our sandwiches, my tuna sub had very little tuna on it. It was a 6 inch and had less than one of their ice cream scoops of tuna on my sandwich. We opened my son's sandwich that was supposed to be an All American Club and it was just turkey and cheese!! We were charged the almost $9 for the club that was only a turkey. When I called to ask how much tuna they put on a 6 inch, I was told 2 scoops. I made them aware that they charged us for the Club, but only had turkey and cheese on it. Being that I live 30 minutes from them and the price of gas, I did not decide to drive the sandwiches back to make it"right" and I was told there was nothing else they could do. Make sure they make your sandwich right before you leave. We will not return to this Subway nor...
