Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Troy

Normally I would have given this location a 4 star because they normally do good and the staff has always been friendly. Today when I went I was greeted with "what do you want". I've always been a person who feels that if I'm paying for a service, even as simple as a pizza, the workers should at least smile since I'm helping pay their salary with my business. They tried to double charge me for an order I placed online and already paid for. I had to tell them the items on my order they forgot to give me. The claimed to have no bags for my two orders of crazy bread and sauces so I had to balance them on the pizzas. One person came in for one pizza ahead of me. No one behind me. I feel bad for the other pick up order since they had their pizza sitting out on a cold counter. I think from here on out I make the trip to Collinsville or Fairview heights for my pizza. Also, nothing I had ordered contained peppers but two of the pizza I received had green peppers in the box on the size of the pizza. The Bread sticks were only half cooked and half soggy. I would suggest to management replacing this whole crew or separating them with members who appreciate getting paid to work a job. Because this free is the reason I will never return to...

Order online to save time... That's a joke. Walked in earlier than the time my order was supposed to be ready. Gave her my name and she looked very confused and checked the warmers then yelled back if my order was ready. I said I'm a little early so.... In the back the guy says well isn't there any icb up there? She yells back no. He grumbles and says well I didn't know that there was an order and none up there... She turns around and proceeds to tell me yeah well you are early. Ummm... Excuse me?! You didnt even begin my order! What if I had been on time/late? Nothing would have happened except here I am sitting and waiting for an order that takes 7 min to make and I ordered it 20 min ago. Thanks

Update** I waited there 20 min for my order... I won't go back to this location all of the staff send bothered by customers and 4 ppl came in while I waited and none got hot n ready pizzas because...

I used to love this store. It was great, fast, friendly.

That was years ago. Now it’s very unfriendly staff, and always slow service - all of which has gotten worse since they added the new computer system that no one there seems to be able to use.

Every time I have gone here since sometime in 2017 there is no pizza “hot and ready”, and when you order a pizza you’re told ten minutes, but you’re lucky if you see it within twenty.

Today was the final straw. I have been calling in my order ahead so it could be ready in time. I call it in, am told 7-10 minutes. I show up 26 minutes, it’s not ready. I wait another twenty minutes and ask the status. “It’s in the oven.”

There are at least five other pizza places in town. At this point Caesar’s isn’t even that much cheaper, you might as well call one of the other places, they at...
