Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Troy

Don't go to the Sonic in Troy Alabama unless you want TERRIBLE service and product (see my pictures).

I went to the Sonic in Troy Alabama at 1150 US Hwy S 231, Troy, Alabama, and ordered two of the biggest strawberry limeaid  drinks with extra strawberry along with two other drinks.

When I pulled out of the parking lot and took a sip of the drink, it was awful. Not only did it not have enough strawberry juice to turn the ice totally pink, but it did NOT have any limeaid!!! It was just all ice!!!

Furthermore, I had asked for very little ice in one of the other drinks, and it was full almost to the brim with ice.

I had stood in traffic for 15 minutes getting to the Sonic and with the construction on 231 I had to drive 2 miles or so to even turn around and the traffic going back was even worse, so I called Sonic and told them what happened and they said all they could do was offer me a fry and a hamburger... NOT replacement drinks!!!

After being on the phone for 21 minutes and 40 seconds waiting for them to even give me a fry and hamburger credit, they still hadn't given me the credit, so I finally hung up.

This is so sad because Sonic used to be a great place for food and limeaid drinks! They certainly have lost...

I was so hungry until I got down towards the end and realized that I had been eating a Soybean burger. I ordered the Super Sonic sandwich (only), usually this Is both mine and my husband's favorite burger. It's always so juicy and full of flavor. Today it was Dry and you could most definitely taste the SOYBEAN... 100% beef... Lol not today!!! This was almost $8.00...I was highly dissatisfied. I even asked one of the employees, has thry switched the Beef patties for the alleged Soybean patties. Dge exclaimed that she didn't know, but then quickly said yes ma'am I think we do have a different Pattie. I'm guessing they rah out and had to improvise, or maybe the manager didn't order enough ... I'm really not for certain what the issue was, but now my stomach Is aching and I'm feeling...

I rated one star because you can't rate negative but me and my family was there at 10:00 o'clock and pressed the button and at 10:30 noone had still answered us and I seen one of the workers flirting with a car full of girls and so I stopped another worker and asked was he on the clock and they told me no he was just there to help but he kept going in the building bring them girls free stuff and we asked the second worker to go find out how much longer and he didn't and so we asked a girl that came out and she said that someone would be out to take out order and then they shut lights off on us...something needs to be done because there were other vehicles waiting also and got upset when they shut off the lights...that crew tonight is going to ruin...
