Troy's juicy crab — Restaurant in Troy

Food was horrible. Customer service was TERRIBLE ! The guy (assuming he’s the owner) was VERYYYY rude . He called me “girl” and wouldn’t hear my concern of my order. My order had missing items, I didn’t have the receipt because my order was purchased by someone else. I offered to show the picture of my receipt since the person who purchased was only passing through Troy, AL and he instantly threw his hand up basically “shooing” me off . He talks over you and is very aggressive with complaints of your order. I never once got upset nor loud but I do know that he won’t have to worry about my family ever ordering from...

I love eating here in Troy Alabama I ate at the one in Montgomery Alabama once the Juicy Seasoning all the way I was solo the food is so delicious I had calamari and the bag all the way extra sausage and and the food is so delicious and Troy Alabama got one but I never been there I always stop in once and grab a bag extra shrimp and corn on the cob extra sausage and extra potatoes and Juicy Sauce all the way and a gallon of sweet Tea and I love the excellent customer service they offer and I love the fact I order 200.00...

I was over in the area for a day when I decided on some seafood. So I tried Juicy Crab, b/c where i am from its very popular. Omg was i wrong, I order sweet potato fries, and they were so soggy I could have made mashed potatoes. The crab ragoons supposed to be cream cheese and crab meat it was more like some sandwich spread. Order 1/2 LB of shrimp Cajun seasoning mild. It was ok. On top of all that customer service poor. She got mad because I brought back the sweet potato fries. Will not return...
