McDonald's — Restaurant in Trumann

This genuinely has been the worst McDonalds experience I’ve ever been through. I was just simply going for breakfast, ordered online in drive thru. I got there and the first window did perfectly, the second window had a regular crew member, manager(Karen) and some lady in a Red Shirt. Very rude to crew and it gave horrible vibes seeing her yell at the crew the way she did in front of customers. When I finally told the crew member my order, she tried giving me my doctor pepper which looked flat, she then looked over at red shirt and asked about the soda, she then yelled “give or sell it to them!” The lady looked and me and I said I didn’t want the Coca-Cola, and I want her name. She said very quietly “Jamie” and I couldn’t hear the last name. If I could get into contact with the owners would be helpful. Also will be talking to corporate and asking as many questions as possible. I shouldn’t have to go to these lengths over a simple soda. And to note when I received the soda I couldn’t drink it, it had no ice(I didn’t order no ice) and was not full at all. We walked into McDonald's after driving for a long while on a road trip. We received glares from the staff immediately. Went to the bathroom and they were absolutely and positively filthy.

We went to the front till and requested a Chocolate Chip Frappe. We were told in no uncertain terms and with an attitude that I would expect from a two year old, that 'McDonald's' doesn't serve them anymore even though I ordered one yesterday elsewhere.

I ordered a McFlurry as well and what I got was a pitiful excuse for one. It was only half full and the wrong one as I had requested a m&m but received an oreo one instead.

We said thank you to the person bringing out the food, but were pointedly ignored. There were no apologies for the wait or anything. We had to wait for them about 10 minutes to fix their machine so they could make a couple of frappes.

The floors were pitifully greasy, and could easily have been a tripping hazard for the elderly.

The only reason I gave this place a second star instead of one was because the biscuits I had ordered tasted pretty decent in comparison to...

People rude looked right thru the customers as if they wasn't there even tho everyone up front saw someone standing there needing to be waited on they were not acknowledge until they stood there a good 5 minutes or so it was like well they ain't leaving I guess I gotta wait on them had to find a table that didn't have food crumbs on it so we could sit and eat they really needed to leave their disagreements on the other side of the door instead of yelling and arguing across the food slide to the point it seemed they were gonna fight but thankfully someone calmed the situation and there were kids present (good show for them give yourselves a hand having kids think this is how it's done at work) OSCEOLA ARKANSAS McDonald's no more business from me stop the arguments the phone time and serve the customers and clean something by the way the bathrooms need...
