Fresh! Clean, Green, & Healthy! — Restaurant in Tryon

I have been doing some juicing since Bev opened Power Up Weight Loss & Juice Bar. I did the 4 day juice fast and ended up craving more. My body felt less bloated, or less full, more energetic and my head felt clearer. I thought after 4 days, I was done... but my body, and mind, wanted more. My senses wanted more. So, I drink more juices than ever. I have made my own but the choices are plenty at the Juice Bar. I don't have the variety she can offer. Even when you walk in the building, which is also a gym and gymnastic center, you can smell the freshness in the air from the fresh veggies and fruit. I rarely go a week without buying 3 or 4 or 5... or more 😀 my body loves them. AND Bev is super knowledgeable able more than just juices. Always a joy to hang around with...

As usual, I had hit my max and was experiencing my mid afternoon crash…but today I didn’t want to reach for more coffee or the typical energy drink (you know, the kind that gives you wiings), I remembered seeing a post in one of the groups I subscribe to about the local coffee shop, Open Road, carrying some new fresh juices, so I popped over and grabbed the Energizer blend- wow! We really enjoyed our juices that Bev made for our family. Everything was fresh and made just for our us. Bev was really kind and super helpful in choosing a drink. What a hidden gem! We don’t live in the Tryon area but if we did this would be someplace I would love to use for a juice fast.
