I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a while, and although some staff members are still friendly and professional, the overall quality of the environment and service has dropped significantly. Unfortunately, it has become a disappointing experience.
Many times, the drinks I order through the app don’t come as requested — especially when asking for extras, which almost never show up. Some beverages are so watered down that they completely lack flavor and consistency.
What bothers me the most is seeing certain customers — who seem to be friends or acquaintances of the staff — being treated much better, with noticeably higher quality service, while regular customers are not given the same attention.
Because of all this, I often choose to drive farther from home just to avoid this location. Unless there are serious changes in how this store is managed and how customers are treated, I cannot recommend it — neither for in-person visits nor for...
Read moreone of my friends works at another starbucks and encouraged me to try the new frappuccinos for the holidays so i was excited to come here and try them, especially considering how often i go to starbucks. i went in and asked the barista if you could do a creme brulee frappuccino and she paused for a second then literally laughed in my face and said no. i ended up just getting the latte, which wasn’t bad, but i was confused and kind of annoyed about the interaction i had with the girl at the register. i texted my aforementioned friend and he said there is a frappuccino for each new flavor and showed me a screenshot of the creme brulee frappuccino, existing on the app. i wouldn’t have been as annoyed if this wasn’t my first off-putting experience at this location. the baristas here have been rude to me/talked down to me before and they don’t seem to ever be trained correctly on starbucks’s policies and events (such as the bogos and anything involving the...
Read moreI visit this Starbucks frequently, but had a very unpleasant experience there tonight. I came in 5 minutes before closing. I did understand they closed in 5 minutes, but just ran in quickly to buy gift cards. I came inside and told them that I just wanted to purchase gift cards and wasn’t going to order any drinks and that I would be super quick. There was a kind young lady and then a gentlemen. The gentleman said, “you have 3 minutes” in the most rude tone ever. I couldn’t believe this. I am thinking to myself, “omg I am purchasing $70 worth of gift cards”. He then says, “ 2 minutes.” I’ve never been pushed out of store like that, especially when I just spend a good amount of money on gift cards. I was still able to cash out by 8:58 (before closing).
