Before I talk about the overall excellent service provided by this location, I have to discuss what led to my visit. A few days prior to this post, I was looking at my vehicle and happened to notice a few scratches on the right side towards the bumper. As I type this, I'm not sure where the scratches came from; I do go to the car wash at least 2-3 times a week, however, I don't think the scratches came from that. Not too long afterwards, I conducted a little research and decided to purchase a can of universal black spray paint and clear coat finish from a nearby auto parts store. I followed the relatively simple directions accordingly, and after the 30-40 minutes of work, it became clear that I was no painter; I wasn't happy with what I had done, mostly because of the obvious paint runs/sags from the black spray paint. My plan the next day was to try to clean the runs, but my efforts weren't successful; I then repeated the same steps, which only made the situation worse, plus this time there were runs/sags from the clear coat. At this point, I had to do something because I was not going to let those "dried runs" remain on my car, even it was on the bumper. After some additional research, I located a few places in the area (a few didn't have Saturday hours), and that's when I came across Car Pool Detail. I called, left them a voicemail, and received a call back about 20 minutes later. I explained the situation and the person I spoke with recommended I bring my vehicle so it could be looked at, which I did about an hour or so later. I was told not to panic (I was on the verge of doing so) because they would be able to take care of the problem for a reasonable price and in a timely fashion. On Monday (4/1), I dropped my vehicle off at 8:45am and at 12:30pm, I received a call that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was smiling from ear to ear at the AMAZING job that was done. When I entered the lobby to pay and get my keys, I was asked, "did you see your car?" I replied, "yes, that's excellent work." I later drove off feeling great. SO thankful I called them and GLAD that my bumper was essentially new thanks to the job they did. Overall, if you're looking for a reasonably priced touch-up anywhere on your vehicle, particularly the bumper, I strongly recommend this Car Pool Detail location. The work performed clearly exceeded my expectations and the staff was very professional, If there was any flaw, it's the actual location. At some point, I think they should move their operations to an area that's more spacious. Other than that, this was 5 star service all...
Read moreI am extremely satisfied with the service and price I received. In March 2016 I had an unfortunate soup spill in the back of my Toyota Corolla (the car is 10 years old). I did many things on my own to try to get the smell out of the car, but it was to no avail. Because of the age of the car, I didn’t want to spend a lot of money to get the smell out, but it was so unbearable that I had no choice. I had to get it cleaned or buy a new car, it was as simple as that.
I took my car in, and Garret (one of the owners) looked at my car and explained my options. He will not do over-the-phone estimates, as he needs to see the damage first hand in order to determine the scope of the work and give an accurate price. My particular issue required that the entire carpet as well as the padding beneath the carpet be removed from the car – this requires removal of the driver and passenger seat. The carpet would then need to be completely washed and air dried and the padding would need to be replaced. He gave me the option of having this main problem addressed for $225, or to have the main problem as well as an overall detail of the interior of the car for $325. I opted for the latter.
Garret and his crew were able to finish the job in just one day, which was much quicker than originally estimated. I was blown away by the results. The stains are removed and the smell of the spoiled soup is completely gone. I can smell cleaning products for sure, but it is not as if perfumes were used to cover up any lingering smell. The detail job was….well, detailed and remarkable. I did not get an exterior detail, but they did a very thorough washing of the exterior and even took the time to do a final wipe-down when I was there to pick it up. Garret was there as I inspected the results of the interior work, and he once again explained the procedures that they performed. This level of attention to detail, both in terms of the work performed and the discussion regarding that work, was much more than I was expecting. Garret is very much determined to make each customer happy, and I promised him I would write this review as he more than earned a 5-star rating. I received outstanding value and service.
Now I am considering taking in my minivan for an interior detail. The van does not have any particular issue, but I was just so impressed with the attention to detail on my car that I think Garret and his team could do wonders on the...
Read moreI previously used Car Pool Detail Shop on three vehicles and of the three - two were older vehicles 10 & 12 years old, the third was a 2012 Fusion. A full exterior & interior cleaning was performed and the one year paint coating applied, all three vehicles looked brand new and several friends even asked if the black van had been painted.
The vehicles were a 2004 Silver VW Passat with leather interior, 2004 Black Ford Windstar and 2011Ford Fusion with leather interior. I have always kept my vehicles clean and mechanically sound and could not believe the difference in appearance after Gina and her team applied their Professional Service and knowledge to my vehicles.
In October 2017 I had the Fusion service performed again prior to selling the vehicle, my selling price took into account the low mileage ( 61,000 actual miles) and excellent condition the car was in as well as the recent services performed by Gina and her team and I was able to sell above Kelly Blue Book value to the first person responding to my ad, the buyers first remark was the car looks brand new.
In November of 2017 I purchased a 2015 Black Kia Sorento and the exterior paint had very visible swirl marks from cheap car wash bristle type brushes that looked terrible in sunlight and was in need of Gina's professional touch, the interior with leather seating had been clean by the dealer and looked new. This time around I opted for the two year ceramic coating and the level of paint restoration they were able to perform is what I call a miracle - even the salesman at the dealership was blown away.
I cannot guarantee you will have the same experience I did but I strongly encourage anyone considering Automotive Professional Detailing Services to consult Gina and have her evaluate the current condition of your vehicle and make recommendations how best to achieve the results you want.
This is a true Professional Detail Service Shop and it becomes very apparent after speaking with her they actually know what they are doing and...
