If you are ordering from DoorDash, just be aware. We ordered dinner a little before 8 pm. We were exhausted and just needed a quick, easy dinner. It said on the app that it would be 40 mins. So we knew that timeframe of when it was going to be delivered. 30 mins from when we delivered, we checked and it said “ preparing order”. So we went about what we were doing and figured soon enough food would be on the way. Well 850 rolls around and we check the app, still says “preparing order”. So I look up the number and notice they close at 9. At this point it was 9:03. So we went through DoorDash customer service to find out what was happening with our order. We were told to contact them, in which I told the representative that they close at 9. We were given the run around and finally were told they would contact the merchant. Shortly after a number calls us and says it was left on our porch! No knock, no nothing. The food sat on the porch for however long. The app still said it was being prepared and yet it had been delivered. I know the establishment isn’t fully to blame as is DoorDash. But to spend the money and have it sit on the porch. It was soggy, bugs crawling in the bag. All during this fiasco we had placed another order to at least give us something to eat. So a simple order cost us a decent amount. Either DoorDash or this establishment need to update and fix the error. I do not like giving bad reviews but it was super frustrating and to be told pretty much we were out of luck was unacceptable. We did get a little credit for the inconvenience but no refund or any kind of apology. This was our second time we ordered and our last. So if you order from here through DoorDash, make sure you stay on top of the updates on order and...

Read moreVery impressed with the experience and ambience overall. My cousin and I went there for an early dinner and we were given a great area to sit where we can talk and well away from the bar area. The waitress was nice but when I asked to swap the tomatoes in the salad with green olives she said that there would have to be a charge for that. I mentioned that I'd like to give a good Google review and if she can ask the owner manager if that swap can be made without charging me addition. She came back and asked which olives I would like. The first thing I ate in the salad was the green olives and they were perfect. Everything in the salad was very flavorful. The bread was fine and I ordered chicken francese and it was very good yet it needed a little more lemon juice. The proportion sizes were great. For the two dinners which came with salads and dessert the total was $37 which is fine for the area and these inflationary Biden times that we are in. For dessert we had cannoli and rice pudding and both were very good. Overall we look forward to returning to the restaurant because most restaurants cannot be judged on an initial visit where you may mention Google reviews but yet a second visit where you say...
