My daughter got married this weekend at the LBI National. The Inn there does not provide breakfast, so I contacted James from All Star Bagel and put in an order with a lot of special requests. We had people from 6 states and Canada, some were gluten free, many never had a "jersey bagel". James recommended we try, in addition to the traditional favorites of everything, plain, cinnamon raisin and sesame, that we try pumpkin and cranberry. James delivered the bagels, which were still warm. They smelled amazing! These were THE BEST bagels I have ever eaten! And I've had bagels in north Jersey, NY and Montreal. In particular, the cranberry, was next level. I tasted notes of orange and the little bit of sugar on top made this an incredible, very unexpected delight! I ordered 4 dozen bagels, thinking I would have a dozen or more left over, but everyone loved them so much they were gone in no time.
