I waited a long time for their remodeling, I eat from Arby's because I love the sandwiches and their apple turnovers. I visited them yesterday first time back after remodel and let me tell you the experience was ho rri ble...... I had coupons so when I ordered I asked how many coupons could I use, he answered as many as you want, I said ok when I came to the window I asked if I could get a senior's discount he looked at me and says I'm already giving you the opportunity of using all the coupons (when I asked him he didn't say anything about giving me the opportunity) so I said ok I gave him my debit card he gave me the card back and told me he would give me the receipt when I got the food. I got the food about 5 bags and I asked the lady clerk can I have my receipt she said it's in one of the bags. I had wrapped them so nothing would fall out so I trusted she HAD given me receipt. I get home which is a bit away from Arby's I start giving everyone their food and I'm missing a lot of food 3 sandwiches 3 cheese sticks orders and 1 order of onion rings and NO receipt inside any of the bags. Needless to say I was furious, I called asked to speak to the manager, told him what I was missing he asked me to bring the receipt I told him I had asked the clerk before I left she stated it was in one of the bags but I couldn't find it and he told me that without a receipt I couldn't get the rest of my order I told him for sure he had to give it to me. Then he said he would give me a gift card for a meal and I told him NO YOU WILL GIVE ME THE FOOD AND 2 MEAL GIFT CARDS. I went back for the food I was furious, I asked to talk to the manager, ten minutes passed he never showed up and the assistant manager asked if he could help I explained what happened he was way nicer than the manager he gave me the food and the 2 meal cards. I hate this to happen because you never know what they can do to your food. I think I'll NOT be going back to them bad service, nasty manager. Manager was not customer friendly; as when approached about order being wrong, he sort of snatched sandwich from my hand, with a rude look and put sandwich back upon heating lamp area as he asked for another sandwich the way I had asked. Now I know that my sandwich wasn't right because I open and looked between the buns to notice the dressing I asked to be removed was there, so yeah I touched it with bare hands (yes they're washed) but still another customer will be getting that sandwich. Asked about it just to be ignored. So the service was nothing short of awful, but I didn't think calling to complain; Only to receive more terrible food that technically won't be "free due to bad experience", would be worth my time as well as anyone else who might decide to come here. I give the atmosphere a 4 star only because my aunts where there to make my birthday great, but if it were just me, definitely 1 star. Read moreI go to this location often. Never had a problem. Our food is always done right. My daughter loves the roast beef gyro, no spices, extra sauce. My son and I get the super, extra meat, extra red ranch. This is not on the menu. It's a classic roast beef with finely shredded lettuce and tomatoes with a red sauce, kind of like a Catalina dressing. Very good. My other daughter likes the classic with bbq sauce. We also tried the fully loaded Italian sub. It also was tasty. Of course we love the curly fries. The lady that takes the order is very nice and accurate.
