Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Tucson

Check your food before you leave, trust me...you will read why below...

My first visit... It was not very busy when I visited. There was one guy ahead of me. Apparently they got his phone order wrong. So, ended up waiting a bit longer than normal. I placed my order, the guy didn't listen well. He missed my second order of crazy bread. But, no big deal... until...I got home to eat...

Here is everything that was wrong:

First, the pizzas were very well done. The crust was hard!! On both pizza!!

Second, the cheese was charred on the edges, burnt in some spots.

Third, very little pizza sauce on the pizzas.

Fourth, the pizza were not even cut all the way through. Had to use my own pizza cutter to cut the slices.

Fifth, one of the pizza wasn't even cut...geez!!!

Sixth, one of my two orders of crazy bread didn't even have the butter or parm cheese. It was JUST BAKED BREAD!!!

Seventh, the baked bread was very hard, really hard. Not edible at all!!

Severeky disappointed, didn't even feel like going back to the store to complain. Felt it would be a complete waste of MY TIME.

As you guessed...it was my first visit. It soon turned into MY LAST. I've been to other locations, this is the bottom...

I showed up at 6:58 and placed an order for 1 pizza and 1 order of wings and was told there was a 25 minute wait 30 minutes later I check on my order and was told it would be another 15 minutes before my order would be ready Unwilling to wait any longer I requested a refund as people who had arrived after me were receiving their orders much sooner for some reason I was told it would take 5-7 business days before I would receive the refund After coming back home I decided to give the store a call After holding for 10 minutes the phone was finally answered only to be told the manager would be with me in 5 minutes then the phone was sat aside About 30 seconds later someone hung the phone up ! Take your business elsewhere , save yourself the heartache and loss of time The store is very poorly managed and staff has a sense of...

I want to first off and say I love little Caesars , but this location specifically is the worst place I have ever been to . I put in a mobile order in and had to wait an hour for 4 pieces of the pizza bites and wings then there after finally getting my food and just wanting to leave ... I get home and I live less than 5 mins away keep in mind as soon as i open my wings some of them are warm-ish and some are dead cold ! Like what happen ?! If this is your last option to go to the location I guess go , but if you can drive to the other location on valencia I would tell you it's way worth it than this location in midvale .... I wish I could give 0 stars but I can't unfortunately... and in addition I'm just addressing the food but I'll add also the costumer service is just one big dumpster fire.... just avoid...
