This Location mess up my order every time I go but it's the closest one to my home by 15 or 20 mins...On the easiest of orders #1 Famous Star with no Ketchup Large Criss cut fries with Ranch & a large Coke.. My burger came out to me a double with no tomatoes or sauce half full order of criss cut fry and i had to wait for ever the worest part was when i went to the counter to explain my burger was incorrect i was scolded by the young girl telling me that I ordered a famous star I explain yes what this isn't the famous star this is not the burger I ordered after an argument about my burger not being my burger she then took the burger and asked what was wrong with it I explained to the young woman that I owe first of all didn't order a double Patty sandwich as well as I wanted tomato on my sandwich and mayo so I asked again in the kindness of ways could I please have a famous star burger with mayo no ketchup after waiting an additional 10 minutes for my burger I then finally got to eat a cold crisscut fry and water downed Coke... the next morning I was craving their biscuits and gravy so I thought I would give them another chance scenes how I haven't way and Carl's Junior since the last time they messed up my order I went to the drive-thru this time asking for one biscuit and gravy combo with a medium Coke one biscuit and gravy just the biscuits and gravy a three piece chicken tender and I would have liked gravy with my chicken tender when I get to the window I find that they not only charged me for the gravy for the chicken tenders but then gave me a water down Coke and when I got home my biscuits and gravy that I double check to make sure I had two orders of was burnt old crusty biscuits absolutely uncalled for just because I didn't want to pay for extra gravy... overall I was score that's a 2 out of 5 Carl's jr. Read moreMe and my boyfriend went into this location to make an order and eat our food inside after we went shopping. I had the kitty cat with us. When we went up to the register to order, we made an order the included the Big Carl and we asked for no cheese on it because I cannot have cheese. We upgraded to a combo. When I went to pay for it with my bank card, I found put that it was permanently blocked so we went over to one of the tables to figure it out. Once we got the payment thing fixed, my boyfriend went back up there to make the order again and pay for it but the staff gave him rude looks. A few minutes later, a lady that I never seen before came and delivered our order. When I finished eating my fries, I opened up the wrapper of the Big Carl and it had cheese on in it! My boyfriend returned to the register and told them about the mistake and the lady that delivered our food didn't even apologize for the mistake, instead, she snatched the burger out of my boyfriend's hand and threw it away and told the other employees to remake the order without cheese. A few more minutes later, the same lady that delivered our food gave us this annoyed look and didn't even apologize for the error. We didn't even be rude with them. My boyfriend and I are never coming back to this location. The food and the restaurant looks nice but the service eas just plain rude. I would not recommend this location if your bank card gets restricted. You have to make the payment right then and there with no issues. Making a mistake and attempting to make an order after your money is transferred won't make them happy. Go to another location that has more patience and is more understanding about the issue. Read moreI am a regular here at this location and loved coming here up until today when I had went to this store I always order my stuff the same I get Jr cheese burgers all pickles and one with no pickles an mustard and I get a shake well I had to take my daughter to the ER she had a fever of 104!so I stopped to get and grabbed food for the long wait my child has gherkins so pickles. Are a huge deal so I came trough the drive-through let Rita who I recognized what happened next thing you know I believe her name was Diana or Denise whichever comes to the window rude as can be tells me she gave the milk shake and there were no pickles I said if I had my other car my one child did not eat the burger cause she fell asleep. I would show her but unfortunately, my husband took it. I mean she was just completely rude. No any type of customer service I mean she was foul. It’s not like I’m a homeless person trying to get food when I have the money to pay for it. I just simply wanted my order replaced because pickles could’ve killed my child.
