We came by on Mother's Day and the drive-thru line was SO long. Probably 20 cars. The staff were outside taking orders so it actually went pretty fast. There was a walk-up window too, which wasn't busy. I got online to look at their choices. Their menu is huge! I was looking for a sugar free flavored coffee but I couldn't find where the choices were for that in time. I asked when we got up to the person and she was very knowledgeable and rattled off a bunch of options. I ordered the White Zombie, sugar free, and everyone else got unsweetened citrus green tea. The tea was amazing, very refreshing. My coffee was seriously the best flavored coffee I've ever had. I even went back the next day to get another :) Compared to my usual drinks from the green mermaid competitor (skinny vanilla latte, sf cinnamon dolce etc) Dutch Bros is MILES above. I don't care much for DD coffee bc it's too acidic for me. I don't think Dutch Bros should even worry about being so close to DD- they don't even compare. My advice if you haven't been here yet is to look at their online menu before you go to have an idea. All of the staff we spoke to were very helpful and gave excellent advice. So if you're not sure, ASK! I'm so glad we have this great coffee and tea (and other) drive thru on our...
Read moreIf you ever think "Oh wow there is a little coffee shop with a quick drive thru let me stop for a quick coffee" THINK AGAIN. It's nice the staff is friendly but seriously it shouldn't take 20 min for a coffee with 2 cars ahead of you. So I have come to the conclusion: 1)they take the friendly to a whole new level and have a full on 10 min conversion with people regardless of the long lines 2)because they are so engrossed in those conversations when it's over they are rushing through cars and yup you guessed... they get the order WRONG. So not only do you wait FOREVER for your coffee you also get the privilege of drinking whatever they decided to type in their haste to catch up! Please Dutch Bros we just want a quick coffee that is made correctly!!!!! Save the long detailed conversations for the walk up window or if it's really slow and 1 car is around. Or heck if you connect that well, grab their number call them up and maybe just meet up for a coffee on...
Read moreLight ice apparently means fill the entire cup except for 1" at the top. I ordered 1 large and 1 small tea today both with light ice, after waiting in line I get to the window to find out only the large was made with "light ice". I looked at the guy and said does this look like light ice and all he wanted to do was give me an excuse how if you get light ice you get less drink so they just fill the rest with ice. I wasn't going to sit and argue so I said fine just give me my drinks and I left. I have ordered tea from here before and asked for light ice to have the cup only filled a quarter to half with ice which I find acceptable. It seems your business practice is to rip people off. When I order a 32 oz drink I expect more than 10 oz of the drink I ordered. You have lost me as a customer today. edit after finishing my 2 sips of tea I measured my cup. My "large" cup only holds 24oz of liquid even though their website says a...
