T.J. Maxx — Local services in Tucson

I went in to just look around with my niece and nephew and found a few things to buy. We went to pay the cashier that helped us was nice. As we walked out the alarm beeped went back in to get it checked and there was another older lady that had said i need to check your bag so i proceeded to walk towards the counter and told i just bought 2 cups earrings and a colonge maybe it was the earrings and this older lady cashier then says oh no its not that they put alarms on everything. She checked and everything was good and begins to say well i dont know what it could be but the cameras can tell.... like excuse me are you implying that we were stealing? We dont need to steal!!!! Nor would i want to steal let alone the kids who know better than that. Never again will i shop at...

I really like TJ Maxx. The clothing is pretty cool most of the time, but this location is honestly the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Most of the workere are chill and shi, but this one woman was extremely rude and did not want to help me or answer any basic questions. She had a very aggressive demeanor. I asked for her name, and she refused to give it to me. She has, overall, Shrek-like features. Really short with a huge nose. I think she might be in her 40s? Anyways, she did not want to give me her name, so I could report her. Please make sure to tell every worker to be respectful...

This location is by far the cleanest and most well organized. The staff here work very hard to keep the store at its best. The products are updated. The sales are good. The manager and cashiers are friendly. My only complaint is that when I say I don't want the credit card.... the cashier should respect that and not push and push and push. At this point, with certain cashiers, I just approach with a declination for a credit card application immediately. Sometimes they push even after that. It's...
