I have them a 3 because I did like the way my nails looked on my hands⦠however not great experience. The first time I went as soon as I walked in I felt so awkward and weird. They were NOT friendly at all and very unwelcoming. However, I stayed bc I just moved here. I had a nail tech I wonāt name her but her name started with āAā. she was very nice and personable and I did enjoy talking to her. And her talent was great. I loved my nails so I decided to try to go back and maybe if they saw I had been a customer before they would be more welcoming. Not the case. I had a different nail tech and my nails DID look good, all my nails turned green and I got an Infection. I have been getting nails for 12 years, new sets every couple times. Never had this happen. She also didnāt speak one word to me the entire time and wasnāt very nice at all. So I just felt awkward. Then I got a pedicure and the lady was sweet, she filed my toes down until they burned and I took pictures in the care immediately after. I told her multiple times it hurt and she kept saying just ticklish, and continued. The paint and shape did look good, but it was actually super painful. And yes I still tipped well bc Iām an empath and hate being mean š„“š„“š„“ so, I gave them a 3 because honestly my nails looked good! But atmosphere was terrible š and the fact I now have bacteria and also my feet were in terrible pain after the second time, I wonāt be back. This is a 100% honest review and this is for the people just moving here and wondering where to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām visiting from out of town and decided to take me and my friends 3 year old to get our nails done. Called and set up a appointment for 4 pm to have a gel pedicure and dip French pink and white and a kids mani/pedi. We showed up early to pick out her color but werenāt seated until quarter after 4 and they made the 3 year old wait over half an hour longer. I will give them credit for how good they were with her. Fast forward to 5:45 with a cooped up 3 year old and they are only just finishing my pedicure and now acting like I never told them I wanted my hands done. They finally get me seated and the lady canāt do French... which is my only option for work, so I have to move chairs again. They finally start attending to my cuticles after the lady almost filed my entire nail down to the bed. When she finished she started to pull out her acrylic nail kit out and I kept trying to tell her no I want dip nails and her and another nail tech kept trying to tell me it was a ātipā but it was acrylic powder and not the tip and nail glue. Now the other technician is rolling her eyes at me and they are being very rude itās now been over two hours since our appointment was supposed to start and I only got my toes done... Since Iām from out of town I was very disappointed as the services I get usually only take 45 min in total. And even worse then that was how rude there customer service was. Also they wouldnāt there phone while I was there so good luck getting...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to One Nail Lounge for the first time and was so disappointed. When I called to make my appointment, the woman that answered asked how she could help me. I let her know the date and time I was hoping to schedule a pedicure. She then put me on an almost 5 minute hold, not muting the phone, while she talked with who I am assuming was a client about various things. I sat and waited, when she got back on the phone she said āThat date and time works. Be sure to call today if anything changes. Otherwise youāll get charged for being late or a no show.ā No, thank you for waiting.. no, Iām sorry about that.. She was just rude. When we got the the appointment, they then werenāt ready for us and didnāt start our appointment until 15 minutes after our scheduled time. To make matters worse, I paid $45 to have parts of my feet made raw and the other parts rough. It was without a doubt the worse pedicure I have ever had. My feet are killing me in some spots so bad from now being raw and other parts are so so rough. Iām extremely disappointed with the...
