Today was a day I never envisioned. I have been going to your establishments since 2018. I fell in love with your or should I say my version of a Sonoran dog. I only get salsa Verde and cheese with bacon wrapped hot dog super chipilon style. Everyone has always been so gracious and nice along the way. Until today. I have always asked for extra chili guerros. Recently, it's been met with a little hesitation and I haven't said much. However, after we leave my husband informs me he had to pay $7 for one Sonoran dog the way I like it (in which the ingredients I forgo on mine are worth more than those 4 measly Chile guerros he asked for as extra) he was then was charged an extra $2.25 for four extra Chiles. So 56 cents a Chile. Is it listed on the menu? No! Could she have said something instead of just automatically doing that like next time and maybe add it to the menu. Yes! Is $2.25 That big of a deal? Well, initially, I would say no, however, apparently, it was that big of a deal to them, so it is that big of a deal to me. Now I do not know if I will even go to that establishment anymore due to the fact that customer service appears to be gone! Sad to see the almighty dollar being more important than keeping customers! Communication is key! The person waiting on us may not have known me all this time I have frequented their establishment. However what does that have to do with anything? Many Blessings to all. This will probably fall on deaf ears to whoever reads this at the company. However I hope it helps people see it is not right to treat people like this... WAS MY FAVORITE PLACE TO GO. NOW I...
Read moreThese Perro's are slanging some good weenies. Almost every time I look towards the meat market I notice patrons walking away from the window with there meals in hand. My First Visit as of 2021.16.01- *I was greeted from the right window by a gentleman with a polite demeaner. *He had his face mask. *So did the other employee. *After taking my order he and his associate started to prepare while wearing gloves. I noticed that the other Perro (employee) began by fitting a fresh clean pair of gloves.
I don't bother to make sure that a server changes into a new pair but seeing as I was the only one there I had few distractions and so I noticed. I suppose knowing that these individuals had the intelligence and consideration to protect my meal from unnecessary contamination ,or worse , meant a great deal to me because I have members of my family and community that do not have the strength or stamina to survive if they were to be afflicted. This review isn't about them. I simply felt a 5 star review should at least include 1 specific detail that helped in earning...
Read moreI have never had a Sonoran hot dog and was told this was the best place in Tucson. It is a food trailer located out side a liquor store. Some people were eating outside and said these are for sure the best ones I ordered mine without mayonnaise or chili sauce. The people there and the owner inside were very nice. The hot dog was amazing! The bread was soft, the flavors blended well. It was so good! They aren’t very big, some people might need to order two but I was satisfied with one. Also It is cash only and there are no...
