I had the worst experience there. I went in Sunday right when they opened and no one but the receptionist was there. I didn't have a mask on because I didn't have one but the receptionist gave me a smart comment saying "you need a mask on, Covid is still a think around here" like obviously I don't have a mask could you give me one ? He did give me one. Then I sat down to wait for the girls to come in & I asked if I can get acrylics and I then decided to ask if I can get a pedicure while I'm here and eye brow wax, the receptionist then again commented "next time make sure you tell me when you get here" I answered "I didn't want a pedicure until I saw the menu options and became interested as well as the eye brows. When I was in the middle of getting my nails done my younger sibling Asked for her nails To be painted. They painted them and added designs and charged more without telling me. They charged the same price as an adult manicure and didn't even use gel, then again my sister was becoming inpatient because my nail tech was going very slow and his hands were hurting he kept stopping to rub on his hands which is totally fine I understood it's hard work to make it look good, but when we were done He added designs on the nails without asking & charged for the designs that I did not ask for & they refused to do my eyebrows because my sister was becoming a little impatient. The receptionist kept talking to me like I was 5 years old. They charged me 88$ for just my nails. I did not ask for these I asked For a specific design and I didn't ask For him to do what he wanted & charge me extra. I still tipped & They didn't even say thank you in the end. I will never go back but overall the salon...
Read moreI've gone to Moonlight Nails three times. First time was great. Second time I got attitude. Third time was absolutely horrible. I arrived around 3:15. I picked a nail color for a pedicure and was told that color was old. The fill was fine. I asked if my son could get a manicure and was told she had somebody coming in.. they don't take appointments so I found that really odd. When it came to the pedicure, the water was cold and I told her and she ignored me. The color that she put on was not the color that I picked out so I asked for another color. Everything that I picked out she was out of so I went with a color that I was not happy with. She did not put lotion on my legs, the pedicure lasted 20 minutes, no decent massage, no lotion, and the towels that she used she heated in the microwave. Needless to say I will never go back there. I was charged $95 for a fill and pedicure. All the while she complained about no business and everybody's broke and not coming in. You're charging $95 for a nail fill and a pedicure and you're rushing people through... oh and no one came in. When I was paying, she said it's time to go home and have dinner, it was 4:40 and they close at 6:00. She lost out on money for a manicure for my son. You will never get my...
Read moreI love, love, love this place! 😍 Not sure why there's so many negative comments but the new manager/ owners have done a great job with this place. It looks super high end so if you like a Louis Vuitton lifestyle but live on a Walmart budget, hunny this is the place for you! With everything going on with Coronavirus, I was not sure how cautious this place would be but man was I blown away. I HAD to sign in, I HAD to wear a mask, AND they took my temp! Not to mention handsanitizer was everywhere, everything was clearly marked clean or dirty, and they had extra employees who cleaned up the area right after I was moved. They have the cutest social distancing reminders everywhere and the employees were very nice and professional. I left feeling pampered, and still Rona free!😁 Give them a try, I promise you will not be disappointed! I know I'll be back in 4...
